1. A sample pre training feedback form and a
corresponding guide so you can adapt it to
your needs.
2. A standardised post training evaluation form

can provide trainers with a good idea of the
background, current skills, interests, and
expectations of participants and thus help
trainers better prepare and tailor their agenda
to audience needs and expectations.

diversity information, overall participant satisfaction,
likely outcomes/impact)
2. Gather participant feedback on the different aspects of
our trainings, collate suggestions for improvement and
thus help us to better tailor future trainings to audience
