Starview’s MSP Series skin packaging machines are designed for low volume applications. They incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/o� heaters, which come up to heat instantly during cycles and turn o� for loading/unloading. The MSP skin packaging machines have timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. The MSP Series is available in the standard size 12 by 18 inches and 18 by 24 inches. For larger machines with additional automation and higher levels of production please consider our SP, SP/IR and ASP Series.

A Starview exclusive remote access via standard Ethernet hardwire or optional Wi-Fi router gives management access to process information from the machine.
Fully adjustable vacuum motor speed and oven power using an on-screen touch bar graph to provide precise �lm temperature and vacuum control.
Machine operating recipe storage including all timer and bar graph settings with memory for up to 99 di�erent recipes for operator recall of proven set-ups for complex products.

Starview’s SP Series skin packaging machines are designed for low to medium volume applications. They incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/o� heaters, which come up to heat during cycles and turn o� for loading/unloading.
The SP skin packaging machines have PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. A manual in-feed table, out-feed table and impulse type hot wire �lm cut-o� are standard. These machines are a sturdy welded steel construction with removable panels for servicing.
The SP Series is available in the standard sizes beginning with 18 inches by 24 inches and also custom sizes. For machines with additional automation please consider our ASP Series.

Starview’s ASP Series skin packaging machines are designed for low to medium volume applications. ASP machines incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/o� heaters. ASP skin packaging machines have PLC timer control for precision repeatability and an accurate turbine regulator. An automatic in-feed table with traveling template loader, out-feed table and impulse type hot wire cut-o� are all standard. A multi-stage vacuum system for complex parts is included as a part of the HMI. A �lm temperature sensor that overrides the PLC heat timer for consistent �lm heating is standard.
Starview’s ASP skin packaging machines can be equipped with an optional automatic overhead out-feed system. The PLC can be used to advance an optional conveyor to remove �nished skin packages from the work area.
