The Skip-Line CJS-119 (CAN Digital Junction Scale) device provides advanced, per-load-cell diagnostics for glass bead or other material monitoring on a road marking vehicle.

The weight on each load cell is calculated indiThe weight on each load cell is calculated indi-vidually, then they are summed together digi-tally, providing better signal resolution and faster diagnosis of weight monitoring issues.

When used with a Skip-Line Video Overlay system, a Digital Junction Scale can provide re-al-time bead application rate calculations in addition to reporting tank weight. When used with a Data Logger system, it can also provide GPS-tagged bead usage information.

The CJS-119 has connections for up to four load cells. When connecting multiple load cells, do not skip IN connectors.

For a single load cell, use IN 1. For two, use IN 1 and IN 2. For three, use IN 1, IN 2, and IN 3.

Leaving an empty IN in the middle will result in undesired problems in set up and operation.
