Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Comparison

Key Performance Indicators include:
Selectable calendar to analyze KPI metrics.
Calls & Scene views - the calls, scene views, and location views per call show the number of calls, the number of scene views, and the number of locations over time during the date range.
To compare two date ranges, select the "Compare to dates" on the right Calendar tab.
Engagement Metrics - Call Time on content shows average time of a customer session per chosen date range.
Contacts - Number of contacts identifies the number of contacts detailed during the chosen date range.

Select the date range to visually view the calls in a map. Quarter / Month / Date
Map or Satellite toggle views
Zoom in and out on the map by dragging the slider

Click on the RED call circle to access a quick view of the sales call details.
Number of sales calls at that location (click arrow to view additional calls)
