Crating: With the ever increasing demands of our clients we found it necessary to invest in a dedicated crating facility. We are therefore able to offer a cost effective solution to our customers. Repacking: Where required we offer various warehousing services such as unpacking, repacking and labelling. Insurance: Skyline Global Logistics along with our insurance partner is able to cover all of your marine insurance needs. Marine insurance is becoming more and more necessary, especially for vulnerable, fragile or high value cargo. Small Parcel Service: Skyline Global Logistics also offers a small parcel service from the USA, Germany, USA, UK and Switzerland to Johannesburg. Here you get a comprehensive door to door service at a market related price. Skyline Express: As of 1 March 2014 we are now able to offer both a domestic as well as international courier service – making Skyline Group your one stop shop.

GROWTH & SUSTAINABILITY

In 2009 South Africa joined the long list of economies in a recession, crippling many leaders in the industry… Retrenchments were rife affecting many companies both in and out of the freight and logistics industry. Skyline Global Logistics was fortunate during this period to reflect a growth of around 30% year on year. This trend has continued with volumes in air freight and sea freight consistently increasing. TEU’S: 18000 per annum Air Freight: 5,072,449 kgs per annum

q  A detailed SOP will form the basis of the implementation process clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of all parties.

q  The customers needs & requirements as well as Skylines are detailed in the SOP ensuring that everyone know what is expected of them.

q  The SOP is a working document and will be reviewed on a monthly basis until all parties are satisfied with what has been implemented.
