Step 5: You will receive an auto-email from Skynet with a temporary password. Click on the link given and it will directly go to the ‘SkyPostpaid Login’ page.

Step 6: Firstly, you must insert the temporary password that has been given.After you click ‘Login’ button, you will need to change your password.
Key in the temporary password that was emailed to you.Then, click ‘Login’ button.

Step 1: Once you have logged in, your ‘Registered Account Number’ will appear. Click on the accountnumber button to proceed into the Main Menu.
Step 2: In the Main Menu, click on the ‘Pickup Booking’.

You are only allowed to change the ‘Contact Person’ and‘Telephone No.’
You must fill in the ‘Pick Up Details’ section. You need to declare the quantity and weight for your pickup request.
*If you are not asking for pickup either for Document or Parcel, key in ‘0’ as the quantity and weight.*

Once you click ‘Send’ button, it will go directly to ‘Pickup Booking History’ page.Here, you can view the status of your request.
The status will be ‘Pending’ until the station approves your pickup request.

Once the station approves and assign the driver, the status will change to ‘Driver assigned’.
The date and time refer to when the request has been assigned.

The ‘Shipper Reference’ part is optional. It will be used for your reference purpose.*You can insert your own invoice number.(e.g INVC000215)

How to group the parcel?*If receiver have more than 1 parcel, you can insert all the parcel into a bag/box. Total Pieces: Ali has 20 boxes to deliver under 1 AWB. The ‘Total Pieces’ will count as 20pcs.Weight: Ali needs to weight the 20 boxes individually and total them up as the Total ‘Weight’ for 20 boxes.Value: The value refers to how much is your parcel worth, for insurance claims purposes.
FYI, Skynet provides a maximum liability of RM100 per AWB. You may choose to purchase additionalSkycover Insurance coverage by asking our friendly Skynet branch operator during Drop-Off or Pickup.

The steps below show what to fill in the ‘Shipment Details’ section.

You need to insert the (length x width x height) of the parcel. The system will automatically calculate the ‘Volumetric Weight’.
Fill in the ‘Total Pieces’, ‘Weight’ and ‘Value’.
You need to select the ‘Shipment Type’ either it is ‘Document’ or ‘Parcel’.

On this section, you must insert all the mandatory part (*).
You must mention the contents of this shipment, for insurance claim purposes.
If you want to save the recipient details for future usage, you can click the ‘Add to Address Book’ button. The details will be saved into your ‘Address Book’.

You can load one or more records by tick (√) in the box given. Or you can tick (√) ‘Select All’ to upload all records from your ‘Address Book’. Then, you can click ‘Submit’.

Click at ‘Load from Excel’ button.
This is the sample format created by Skynet. You must follow the format given and change the sample data to your data. A correct format will prevent any problem from happening.
Load from Excel FileIf you have the recipient's information in the MS Excel, you can use the function ‘Load from Excel file’.

To get the sample format created by Skynet, you can click ‘Download Format’.
System will directly bring you to ‘Import eAWB’ page.

This is an example when you insert the whole address only at ‘Address 1’ column.
When generating the eAWB, the address will be cut-off because it exceeds the 50-character limit.
Reminder about the usage of MS Excel template.

If you have a long address, you need to separate it into ‘Address 1’ and ‘Address 2’ columns. Each column can only be inserted with 50 characters.
What happens if you insert an address that is over 50 characters in one column?

After you upload the MS Excel file, system will show all the data in the table below. You can edit your customers record if there is any correction.
*You can only load up to 20 addresses for each eAWB transaction
You must tick (√) to indicate that you agree with Skynet terms and conditions.
The box will turn yellow if it's empty and the words will turn red if the data format is wrong.

After everything is complete, click the save button while choosing your desired paper size.

There will be three copies generated in one A4 printed paper.
Sender Copy:You can keep this copy for your reference.
Receiver Copy:You must attach this copy to the parcel.
