He started his career at Telcordia soon after pursuing a masters & worked as a programmer in 1986. He has since embarked on a journey of innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership as he spearheaded the growth of several corporations along with incubating and founding IT companies himself.As a thinker, implementer, nucleus leader, reader, writer and successful speaker, he currently holds the position of CEO & Founder of Nichetech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Previously, he has had executive and leadership roles such as management team member, MD, CEO, director and founder at various firms along with being a successful leader.Mr. Shah has served the role of Sr. General Manager at Group Ashima, a Textile conglomerate. He has scuttled an IT division of a $100 M Textile Company at Group Ashima. Moreover, he was also a promoter & MD of CyberThink Infotech Pvt. Ltd.Mr. Nilesh Shah is a senior management IT executive with over 27 years of far-reaching experience in project management, offshore, onshore businesses & various IT segments. He carries experience of more than 14 years in IT and other industries.Mr. Sharma was the founder & CEO of Sharma Infoway, which was his initiative in 2007. We have Reincarnated that traditional SlamBook by bringing in the mobile version of the same.
The main motto behind this idea is to reunite people and keep them connected.
SlamBook App helps users to collect various sweet memories that they could cherish for life and also helps them to find what people think about them.

startup transforming India?
SlamBook App helps people recognize what they are best at and what they are worst at and this helps them to improve and thus helps them to grow and when the individuals of the country grow the country grows automatically.
If people find out where they are lacking and start filling the gaps it is obvious they will be more efficient and productive and thereby they would contribute to the increment in the productivity of the nation.
