STROUDSBURG: The Pocono Arts Council is pleased to announce the winning entries in the 25th Annual Juried Student Exhibition now on exhibit in the ARTSPACE Gallery, through Febru-ary 23rd. An artists’ reception and awards ceremony was held on Friday, February 2. The show features work by 40 students with the following students receiving awards:
