How To Order Wristbands By: Ana Wristbana

Ordering is Simple and Fast

Since the internet has become a major part of society today, our company has decided to create this tutorial so that we can go step by step on the ordering process. Check it out its fast and east.

Step One:Selecting a Wristband

Select the type and/or Size wristband you would be interested in purchasing. Our navigation is located on the left hand side of the web page.

Step 2: Select the band

Once you have Selected the type and size bands you want you then can decide whether you would like Solid colors or Design bands.

Step 3: Select type of band and Order.

Now that you have selected the type of band and size, you can now decide the type of band you would like. Either solid colors or Designs. For all purposes we will use Solid Colors. Once you choose the product click on the ORDER button

Step 4 : Starting the check out process

1.Now the first part towards check out is to click the little drop down box under the word Wristband Color. The colors in the drop down box at the time your ordering is the most up to date in our stock. However if the color you selected is not in stock we have the right to substitute unless its noted in shipping instructions ( which will be discussed later in presentation) .

Step 5: Selecting the quantity

1. Next you will need to click the drop down box under the word QUANTITY . Then select the quantity of wristbands you would like to purchase.

2. Please note that depending on the style of band you select the quantities may vary between 100, 500 , or 1000. Not all styles have those three quantities.

Step 6 : Printing

1. Now comes the portion that you decide whether or not you want printing on the wristbands. Click the Drop down box under Printing

2. If you do not want printing select no Printing if you want text printing select text printing , If you want text and logo then select Text and Logo printing.

Why Print on Wristbands:

There many reasons why printing on the wristbands come to the customers benefit. Making the wristbands custom made makes the bands unique to the event that the bands will be a part of. Another instance that the custom print will be in the customer's interest is that by printing on them you will get more security. People attending the event will not be able to find the same wristbands at a local store. Not to mention if the event is sponsored by a company by printing their logo you will be able to advertise for the sponsor on the actual wristband.

Printing Instructions

1. If you will be printing text there is a box where you can enter in the text that will be printed on the band. Make sure everything is spelled correctly because we copy paste exactly what you write in that slot. Logo's should be emailed in once you have placed your order to Sales@trendywristbands.com and place your order number in the subject box. You will receive your order number at the end of the check out process.

2. you can also select the type of font that you would like the text to be printed in please note that we only use Microsoft fonts. If we do not have it and cannot download then we will have the right to substitute.

3. Lastly you can also select the ink color you would like the text to be printed in. the colors we have are BLUE, BLACK, RED, ORANGE, PINK, GREEN.

WE DO NOT PRINT ON BLACK BANDS!!!

Step 7:Proof

Proof if basically a sheet that is going to show you what the printing on your band will look like. If you did not select printing then just select No Proof Required. If you did select some form of printing and would like a proof then select Proof/Proofs required

Why order a Proof?

You might be asking yourself why order a proof at all. Proofs are made so that you can reassure yourself that the band comes out in the layout that you want. Also if everything in the band is spelled correctly, font style etc. Please note Proofs are in black and white and on a sheet of paper, not on a wristband page, also there is an additional charge on Proofs of 10.00. That charge is a one time fee regardless how many different plates you have. Proofs look like the image to the left.

Step 8: Confirming Selection

Once all the areas have been selected and all the areas applicable are filled in we then click on the CONFIRM SELECTION button.

Step 9: Review Your Order.

Once you have confirmed your selection, you should then be redirected to the Review order page. This Gives you the opportunity to review your order making sure everything that you ordered is correct. If you ordered wristbands with NO PRINTING than your page should look like this.

Ordering With No Printing

Order Confirmation with Text Printing:

If you placed an Order with text print on this page you will be able to review your text printing on this same page . This is what the page would look like.

Order Confirmation With Logo Print:

If you selected Logo Print then your order will look like the image to the left . The 15.00 charge for logo print includes text and Logo printing. Remember to email us your logo sales@trendywristbands.com when you have completed the order with the order number on the subject box.

Step 10: Check Out

Once you have finished placing your order and your ready to check out just go and click the check out button at the bottom of the screen.

Need More Items

If you need more items added to your shopping cart all you need to do is select continue shopping. Then you can always go back and view cart. Please note after your done adding items you will need to hit recalculate to get your new sub total.

Step 11:Terms and Agreement

The next screen that you will come across is the Terms and Agreements MAKE SURE TO READ before selecting I agree. This way you will be informed of our conditions for online orders.

Step 12: Bill To

If you are a returning customer type in your last name and email that you always use when placing an order and you bill to information will pop up. If not just start filling in all the areas in the bill to information. (Address line 2 and company name does not have to be filled in) . Make sure email and phone number are correct so we can contact you if need be. Please note all fields should be filled in otherwise the order will not go through.

WHEN FINISHED PLEASE CLICK CONTINUE

Step 13: Ship to Address and Credit Card Info

Once you fill in bill to information automatically the Ship to will be the same. If this is not the address you want your Package shipped to just click on the line and type in the new ship to address. Note all areas must be filled in correctly ( address line 2 and Company can be skipped if it doesn't apply). Also make sure that all the credit card info is filled in and that the card type matches your card.

Please note that in Shipping Instructions you can write notes pertaining to order or shipping. Or even if the customer doesn't want substitution on color of bands.

WE CAN NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES

Step 14:Changing Shipping Options & Submitting Order

If you would like to change shipping options to have expedited shipping just select the drop down box and make sure you click recalculate total.

Once you have made the changes you desire you can click on submit order

Step 15: Order Confirmation

After you have submitted order you will get an order confirmation pop up and on this page you will have an Order number print this page out to have in your records.

Step 16: E-mail Confirmation

Once your received your order number you should receive an e-mail order confirmation to your email.

The End

Now you have reached the end if you have any questions regarding your order please have the order number or telephone number that you used when placing the order ready so we can identify you faster.

Also remember if we have any issues regarding your order we will most likely email you so keep track of you email just in case.
