Design Institute• The Design Institute is an

intensive one day workshop in which the Alliance Team co-leads a team of key community stakeholders through the StriveTogether Framework for Building a Cradle to Career Civic Infrastructure.

• The Design Institute builds on the results of the Core Team Planning Retreat.

Goal: • Inform the community of the

partnership’s initiative• Foster buy-in from key

stakeholders in the community around key Partnership infrastructure

• Receive input from community on the partnership’s Vision, Mission and Goals

• Develop an Action Plan for the COMMUNITY Cradle to Career Initiative

• Invite community members and key stakeholders to participate in future partnership activities
