August work shows the soil from the pond excavation sitting on the largest “mountain”
in Kent County.

September is ending and the large pond will be near the main road and Route 8 to allow for
proper drainage of the site. September 2011
The overhead power lines will be placed underground and PP&G has started their efforts to help this happen.

and wells getting ready to be drilled.
