Static load tests are performedand documented continuously on our sliding door fittingsin addition to general production monitoring. To increasecorrosion resistance, all track parts and fittings are galvanised.

Sliding door fittingsThe applications for sliding door fittings are almost bound-less nowadays. Originally designed for moving gates viasliding gate fittings, the product range has now developedinto a high performance, all-round range for the mostdiverse of applications. Nevertheless, their use in the doorand gate sectors remains the largest application. To facilitate an optimum solution for all load requirements,we offer a wide product range in six different sizes.

Cast-iron gate rollerscontinue to be used today for barn doors, doors in out-buildings and similar.

Our product range includes: ➔ Gate rollers with a galvanised bracket ➔ Loose rollers.

Gate rollers with different diameters and commensurateload bearing capacities are used depending on the gateweight.

A product range for many applications

Steel rollersare used for bottom-rolling gates. They are a cost-effectivealternative to cantilever gates, where gates are moved lessfrequently.

Our range includes:➔ Single-bearing rollers➔ Twin-bearing rollers

Cantilever gatesCantilever gates are used in industry, workshops and alsoincreasingly in the private sector. Unimpeded accesswithout annoying road channels and height restrictions,easy installation and a high level of operational reliabilityhave allowed demand in this modern-day product segmentto grow continually. The option of automated operation is afurther advantage, enabling cantilever gates to not onlyoffer a high level of security, but also convenience.

All of the fittings required for the installation of cantilevergates are included in our product range. The choice of fittings will be determined by the vehicle clearance widthand the weight of the gate.

Typical uses for manually-operated overheadconveyors and energy supply lines can be found in produc-tion and storage areas, i.e. conveyors in paint-spray lines,buffer and handling stations in logistics and manufactu-ring areas, special goods carriers for your products, toolsupply systems at workplaces, etc.

(Tracks, hangers, brackets, stops, floor channels.) Installation must becompleted in compliance with our specifications and the support bracket spacing for tracks must not exceed 75 cm.

Sliding door installation example

Track stop: Track stops are a safety feature and serve to limit hanger travel during the installation of doors.Angle stop: These are to be mounted at the gravity centre height of the door leaf and serve to stop door travel.

Every track must be secured approx. 10 cm from both track ends, thereafter averaged a max. of every 75 cm.
