Scope
§ Water based – focus primarily on lakes and up tributaries where significant activities take place.
§ Area – Shuswap, Little Shuswap, Mara and Adams lakes (linkages with NORD Sustainability Plan)
§ Framework will evaluate economic, environmental and social dimensions of recreation
Deliverables:
§ Current State Analysis of Recreation in the Shuswap Report
§ Recreation Management Plan
§ Consultation and outreach with SC, PAC, TT and public

C. Undertake Primary Research i. Complete mapping ii. Confirm recreational use issues; identify community values iii. Identify current recreational use patterns during high season
D. Present Findings to SLIPP Steering Committee (SC), Public Advisory Committees (PACs), and Technical Teams (TTs)
