TERMS OF CANCELLATION

The provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply. Should something unforeseen happen and you cannot take your holiday as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Cancellations up to 45 days prior to arrival are free of charge

• For cancellations from 44 to 22 days prior to arrival, we charge a 40% cancellation fee

• For cancellations from 21 to 15 days prior to arrival, we charge a 60% cancellation fee

• For later cancellations or no-shows, 90% of the total reservation price is charged
