Appetisers BBQ Ribs - A portion of pork ribs smothered in our own Southern style hickory flavoured BBQ sauce,

Nachos - Corn tortilla chips with Cheddar and Red Leicester cheeses, topped with hot and sweet diced peppers. Served with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

Dough Balls V- Homemade garlic dough balls served with garlic butter.

Tempura Prawns – From the coast King prawns coated in a light corn and rice batter. Served with a Lime and fresh Coriander mayonnaise.

Main Meals Sizzling Chickita - Served on a sizzling skillet, these tender chicken breasts are topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms and bacon with just a hint of garlic. Served with chips and freshly homemade coleslaw.

Peppered Sirloin Steak - A 10oz sirloin steak topped with our homemade peppercorn sauce, served with chips and salad.
