Aim of CABLETo create a broad parity of
experience between on campus and distance learning students
To focus on the pre and post enrolment stages of the student lifecycle with a view to improving administrative processes and communications systems.
UEL & ICS CollaborationUEL entered into partnership with ICS in 2004Currently 20 UEL distance learning
undergraduate programmes delivered by ICS.About 4000 learners doing wide ranging
university courses in Education, Law, Psychology, Computing, Business & Management.
Partners currently operate separate administrative and VLE systems with no automatic transfer of electronic data

Streamline enrolment procedure with the introduction of On line registration process
Proactive engagement with students, improving the student communication strategy
Relieve the administrative burden and improve efficiency
