Are there any time restrictions on when we can host our wedding?

We recommend starting evening events at 6pm and

ending day-time ones by 4pm.

Is there a bridal room included?

Yes, we will transform one of our open meeting spaces

into a bridal room for you and your guests.

What is your minimum and maximum guest count?

Our minimum is 25 guests and our maximum is 600

guests.

Do you recommend hiring a professional wedding planner?

We are here to assist your on your wedding day, but we

do recommend hiring a wedding planner to help you with

advance planning.

What are your bad-weather back-up venue options? Most of our venues are indoors. Any outdoor space

can be tented or pulled into one of our ballrooms in

the event of bad weather.

Can I ship things to you in advance?

Yes, we have a Fed Ex off ice on-property. The staff there

can assist your with all of your shipping, delivery and storage

needs.

Can I bring a band or DJ?

Yes, your band or DJ is welcome here.

How do we reserve our venue?

We require a 25% deposit of the estimated charges along with

a signed contract to secure your space. We collect a 50%

payment 60 days before the event and the remainder 14 days

before it, with the f inal guest count.

What are the service charges and sales taxes?

There is a 22% service fee and 8.1% Nevada sales tax.

Are there room accommodations available for my guests?

Yes, we can set up a social room block.

Do you provide décor or rentals?

A f loor-length linen and white overlay are included and we can

provide a stage, dance f loor, tables, and chairs upon request.

You may bring your own décor, and we are happy to provide

you with a list of our preferred vendors.
