AGRONIC slurry tankers are designed and manufactured for demanding applicaons, and have been a favorite amongst Finnish contractors for many years. Our tankers are manufactured from quality Scandinavian S355MC steel.

The tanker walls feature a thickness of between 4-6mm, making the structure is extremely durable, yet lightweight. From front to back the tanker is supported by strong beams, reducing stress, as well as maintaining the tanker in top operaonal condion for many years. Agronic has an extensive range of steering systems, pumping arms, and spreading ramps which can be tailored to suit the requirements of each individual customer.

The slurry tanker range comprises of 4 disnct versions: Base Models, XS, HS, and HXA. These models can be equipped as required, and all versions are suitable for use by professional contractors and farmers alike. All models have been sold throughout Scandinavia, and are recognized for their exceponal strength and stability.

3) Emptying from the front last: Agronic tankers are designed to empty from the rear of the tanker first, allowing from a proper weight distribuon to be maintained during spreading. Helping to reduce the loading on the tractor drawbar and axle.

2) Excellent driving characteriscs: On the road or in the field, Agronic tankers are easy to control, even at speed. A choice of axle and suspension opons all the customer to choose the control fit needed for their applicaons. From hydraulic suspension to electronic steering, Agronic has it all.

6) Easy to clean: The high-quality paint used not only makes Agronic tankers looking good for many years, it is also easy to wash clean. The well-thought out design, which keeps things as smooth and modern as possible, also minimizes catch points for mud and slurry.

7) Three or four-piece interior baffles as standard: As sloshing can lead to control problems, up to three or four an-slosh baffles are fied to the interior of each Agronic tanker, depending on the size.

1) Low centre of gravity: The unique design of the chassis places an emphasis on lowering the overall center of gravity for the tanker. Side hills and slopes can be safely navigated even with a fully loaded tanker, and even with the lower center of gravity a ground clearance of 40cm can sll be maintained.

4) Open chassis design: No blockage points to restrict the flow of slurry, making Agronic tankers ideal for spreading and mixing. The open chassis ensures that no slurry remains trapped, the tankers mix well and empty clean.

8) Interior like the exterior: Agronic's aenon to detail is not only limited to the outside, the same standards apply to the area that can't be easily seen. The interior of the tanker is sandblasted prior to coang and painng.

9) Comprehensive selecon of accessories: Center and side mounted pumping arms are available to rapidly fill the tanker, as well as boom fill valves, transfer troughs, lights, and many other accessories. With Agronic you can essenally “custom build” your tanker.

10) Spreading ramps to meet the requirements: Whether be it basic surface applicaon of slurry, precise applicaon with a dribble bar, simple incorporaon on grass land with a trailing shoe, or working on ploughed land or maize stubble with a disc ramp, Agonic's own ramps have been thoroughly tested and proven to perform.

5) Hydraulic hoses and control cables routed within the chassis: Not only does this make for a cleaner appearance, the roung of hoses and control cables through frame helps protect them against wear and snagging. It also reduces the areas where slurry and dirt can accumulate.

AGRONIC XS Series: Single Axle Tankers with Serious Potenal

AGRONIC Base Models: The Standard Performers

The XS series slurry tankers were developed with small farms in mind, and the intenon of having some of the same technologies that were only available to larger operaons, now being made at their availability. These lightweight and maneuverable tankers are available in capacies of 10m³ and 12m³, and employ hydraulically-driven bilge pumps in place of the convenonal PTO-driven pumps. Like the larger models, the XS series maintains an oval shape and a low-center of gravity. The design also maintains the principle of the emptying from the front first, to ensure proper weight distribuon. Two an-slosh baffles are fied as standard. Only high-quality radial res are used, with three sizes being available for the customer to choose from:

Crab steering on a single axle tanker? Not possible! Indeed, it is! With the use of the some Scandinavian know-how.

850/50R30,5 versions are available for XS models fied with or without crab steering, and are of the Nokian ELS steel-belted type, with a diameter of 1625mm and a width of 862mm.

900/60R32 versions only for XS models fied with crab steering, and are of the BKT Agrimax TERIS type, featuring a diameter of 1893mm and a width of 886mm.

The total width of the tanker is kept at a maximum of 328 cm, regardless of the re size selected. The high-quality axles are sourced from ADR of Italy, and equipped with hydraulic brakes as standard. The tank is aached directly to the axle.

A further unique feature of the XS is the filling funnel which descends 50cm into the tanker body, which eliminates the need for a separate hydraulic cover. The funnel is deep enough to ensure no slurry can spill while maneuvering. A hydraulic gate vale is also fied.

Other standard features include mounng points for a choice of spreading ramps, including both the trailing show and the renown Agronic disc ramp. The unique design allows for a compact package when fied with a spreading ramp. The same high-quality lacquered paint as used on the bigger models is featured, and a LED light kit is also fied as standard.

1050/50R32 versions only for XS models without crab steering, and are of the BKT Agrimax TERIS type, featuring a diameter of 1893mm and a width of 1058mm.

The 17 and 20m³ versions can be equipped with BPW axles, which feature a patented centering notch on the axle's center. This allows for a high-level

stability during operaon, while maintaining independent control of the rear axle. As an opon, thee axles can also be equipped with hydraulic brakes on all four wheels. A third axle can be fied on the 17 and 20m³ versions, for improved weight distribuon.

The base model range from Agronic features models with capacies of 14, 17, and 20m³. These base models feature pendulum bogie-type axles, manufactured by ADR of Italy and equipped with hydraulic brakes as standard. A so ride is ensured mechanical leaf-spring suspension. On the 14 and 17m³ base versions equipped with the ADR axles, the

addion of crab steering is not possible.

Nokian ELS radial res are used, which feature a 15% reducon in rolling resistance, and 20% less surface pressure than convenonal cross-ply res. The smoother tread design also allows for the res to clean out effecvely. Maximum permissible speed limit is 65 km/h.

The base models can also be customized to meet the customers individual requirements. While the aachment points for the spreading ramps are standard, a choice of several Agronic spreading ramps is possible. These include the dribble bar system, trailing shoe, and the reliable Agronic disc ramp. A choice of either center-mount or side-mount pumping arms are also available, allowing for a single tractor and operator operaon to be undertaken from start to finish. Among the comprehensive list of other accessories, a choice of tractor coupling systems (including ball-type hitch), and opons such as a top-fill funnel and access hole are also available.

Crab steering is available as an oponal accessory. Crab steering allows for the tanker to be run in an offset posion from the tractor's center,

distribung the weight over a larger surface, helping to reduce the effects of vercal compacon. For example: a tractor equipped with 900mm wide res,

and a tanker with 850mm wide res, the weight is spread over a surface area 520cm wide, with tractor and tanker running at a less than 50% overlap. Another useful

feature, is the ability to engage the crab steering axle on the headlands or while running close to a ditch of fence, drawing the spreading width away from an undesired area. The crab steering axle is also capable of being locked for transport.

Pumping arms can also be fied. These include a choice of two center mounted pumping arm systems, and the side mounted pumping arm. Both offer serious advantages for contractors and farmers seeking to reduce machinery and personnel in the process chain, and both performing well in a wide range of slurry types. As with the XS and base models, a variety of accessories can be used to further customize the HS models.

Like the smaller XS and the base models, the HS models are fied with aachment points for the range of Agronic spreading ramps as standard. Agonic tankers used a fixed plate system for aaching the spreading ramp to the tanker. This mounng system offers considerable strength and stability, over system that employ a linkage-arm type mounng. The distributor head and ramp combinaon, are held to a strong mounng plate with control cylinders. The plate mounng provides support against the against stresses incurred during operaon. Alternavely, a diffuser plate with a discharge tube suitable to local requirements, can be used in place of a spreading ramp.

The Agronic HS series feature hydraulic suspension, and a frame design that is narrower than most slurry tankers available on the market. These two characteriscs give the HS series outstanding ride quality, even on rough surfaces. Hydraulic suspension offers further advantages than just a smooth ride, it can be adjusted on the move to change the ride height, and offer pressure equalizaon between the axles. The hydraulic suspension system also features less wearing parts, making maintenance a considerably less arduous process. Swaging and wandering during transport is also decreased, and axle loading is also reduced.

A further unique feature of the HS series is the ability to equip them with a third liing axle, this also capable being installed on the pendulum bogie base models. The third liing axle offers a wide range of movement, in combinaon with the ride benefits of a hydraulic suspension. The third axle can have a load bearing of up to 5,000kg, and allows for the total weight to be divided equally over all three axles. For example, on a 20m³ tanker the axle weight loading can be kept below 10,000kg per axle.

The third axle is also fully road legal, and can be kept engaged on the road at full weight. Hydraulic brakes are standard, as well as full steering capability, and the axle can be raised or lowered as required. On tankers equipped with a third liing axle, the main axles are located further back on the tanker. A weight transfer system can also be added, further increasing the fuel economy and improving the driving characteriscs.

Efficiency and added control is the name of the game with from Agronic, offering the latest advances in the HXA seriescontrol and applicaon in a single package. Like the HS models, the HXA series feature a chassis that is narrower than most tankers on the market. The provides unmatched agility and a very large steering angle. As standard, the HXA models are equipped with electronic forced steering, and crab steering. This means no control cables, steering rods, and e-rod joints to wear. Eliminang the need for sharp steering angles from the tractor, to steer the tanker in the desired direcon.

The intelligence of the HXA system is impressive. When leaving the field to the higher travel speeds of the road, the HXA system automacally locks the axles into the center posion and the crab-steering system, a standard feature on HXA models, is automacally disengaged. As the speed is reduced, from turning off the road into the field, the HXA system automacally unlocks the axles and brings the crab steering into a seng ready for acon. Control can be independently set, and on the road, there is no swaying or wandering at speed. Safe, stable, and Hi-Tech. The HXA series have a load bearing capacity of 27 to 42 tons. Automac reversing detecon is also supplied as standard, making the tanker easy to manoeuvre while backing up. Hydraulic brakes or air brakes, electronic control of all funcons, and LS hydraulics are also included in the impressive standard specificaon.

Hydraulic suspension with height adjustment and automac pressure equalizaon is standard on HXA series, and connues to offer a reducon in wearing parts, as well as working combinaon with the axle system to eliminate swaying and wondering on the road. Axle loading is also reduced, as in the HS series tankers. Both the axles and hydraulic suspension are just part of the trifecta for perfect road and field travel, the third component is the res. The HXA series are equipped with Nokian 850/350R30,5 ELS radial res that provide a massive reducon in rolling resistance, have cross-tread paern for improved wear and tread cleaning, and help allow for a travel speed of up to 60 km/h. Tire pressures can be as low as 1 bar! Further minimizing the tanker's foot print, and helping to increase fuel economy.

The HXA models can be equipped with either of two models of center-mounted pumping arms, or a side mounted pumping arm. As HXA models are a favored choice amongst contractors, equipping them with a pumping arm further enhances their capability. As a single operator can handle loading and spreading with one tractor, without having to leave the tanker tractor cabin. The HXA series also benefit with the same impressively solid mounng system for a choice of Agronic spreading ramps. Other opons include the possibility of a toolbox, tractor coupling systems (such as a ball hitch), weight transfer system, and a foam relief tube equipped with a check-valve.

AGRONIC Pumping Arms: Simplifying the Process Chain.

Pumping arms are a quick and easy means of filling the tanker, with only tractor and operator. The driver of the tanker can undertake filling without having to descend from the cabin. A choice of two pumping arm opons are available, and both are suitable for use by contractors and farmers alike. Both versions are easy to use, require minimal daily maintenance, and extremely reliable in a variety of slurry types.

Center mounted pumping arms are available in two different versions. Both versions can be swiveled to either the le or right side of tanker, and both employ an oversized pinion gear system, similar to that found in modern forestry cranes. Both versions are fully extendable, and be equipped with an oponal third joint, and both versions can be fied as a transfer arm with a discharge valve.

For tractors with a hydraulic capacity less than 80-litres/min., a center-mounted pumping arm equipped with a charge pump, designed to assist the tanker bilge pump, and has a capacity of 8000-litres/min. can be used. This system is PTO-driven.

For tractors with generous hydraulic capacity, a center mounted pumping arm with a hydraulically-powered piston pump is a good opon. This system maintains a capacity of 8000-litres/min., and has reduced fuel consumpon. It is also highly effecve in thick slurry, thanks to a very aggressive impeller, that also aids in mixing.

Both versions of the center mounted pumping arms feature 150mm foam tubes, while filling is first via a 168mm dia. tube, which is split into twin 125mm tubes. The tanker filling process is designed around the idea of keeping the foam level as low as possible, the foam tubes direct the foam back to slurry pit, so that the level of liquid slurry being handled can be kept to the maximum. Draining the transfer pump case takes approximately 10 minutes, via the two foam tubes.

Piston Motor Pump for the Pumping Arm: With a maximum capacity of 8000-litres/min. and requiring 80-litres/min. of tractor hydraulic power.

Side-mounted pumping arms are a cost-effecve soluon for filling the tanker, and for maintaining a single tractor/operator soluon. The side-mounted pumping arms can extend up to 3,0 meters from the right-hand side of the tanker, and a telescopic extension to allow for a maximum reach of up to 5,0 meters is possible. These arms are also capable of mixing slurry through the 168mm dia. hydraulic pump, that works to shred the incoming material. The filling tube is posioned at the boom of the tanker, reducing the possibility of foaming as much as possible. There are three different specificaons the side-mounted pumping arms:

The side-mounted pumping arms are compact systems that can easily be retrofied to exisng models, including those from compeng manufacturers. They can be delivered with special opons, including specialized bushings for all the hoses and welded aachments. Side-mounted pumping arms are equally well suited for both farmers and contractors.

AGRONIC Spreading Ramps: For a Perfect Applicaon of Slurry.

Disc Spreading Ramps: The crown jewel of the Agronic spreading ramp range are the AG8000 disc ramp models. The disc ramps allow for the applicaon of slurry on to growing crops, grassland with minimal surface disrupon, and on to culvated land. The individually mounted 300mm discs have a tripping height of 50cm, providing an adequate safety margin against stones. A generous inter-disc spacing allows for blockage-free operaon in substanal amounts of crop

Trailing Shoe: These spreading ramps allow for slurry applicaon on grassland during the growing season, by applying slurry directly in the ground. Shoes or skates working in combinaon with injector nozzles, allow for greater quanes of slurry to be applied, while minimizing odors and keeping the grassland surface intact. A maximum of 40 spring-loaded shoes work to slice grooves, from 5 to 40mm in depth, into which slurry is supplied from the applicaon nozzles. The trailing shoe system works very well in lighter and in sandy soils. The arculated frame of the ramp provides for very good terrain following, and it is an ideal system when working with a slurry tanker equipped with crab steering.

Agronic offers a variety of in-house manufactured ramps for proper applicaon of slurry, and can be selected based on the end customer's requirements. All models have been thoroughly tested, and have years of experience with diverse types of slurry. For surface applicaon, applicaon on grassland, and for applicaon culvated land. Agronic ramps are known through Scandinavia for their exceponal reliability and performance. A comprehensive range in available:

Dribble Bar: The dribble bar range consists of 6,0 and 12,0 meter working width models, which are equipped with the same flow dividers as the remainder of the Agronic range of spreading ramps. The trailing hoses feature a diameter of 50mm, and depending on the working width of the ramp, from 40 to 54 hoses are used, with a spacing of 30cm. The boom is of galvanized construcon, and features a drip prevenon system as standard. The hoses feature supports, which prevent the hoses from kinking during work and during transport. The hoses are manufactured in the 3 parts, with a closed end design to prevent entanglement. Flow reversal on all hoses is automac to prevent leakage. The dribble bar is a low-cost, precision applicaon system, that works effecvely on both grassland and lled soil.

AGRONIC Distributor Heads: Precise Dosing Without Blockages

Chopping or shredding of the material takes place in two stages. Before entering the splier bar, the material is first shredder/chopped in the distributor head. Then it is further shredded at the end of the distribuon booms by cung blades. The cung blades are reversible, and manufactured from . The splier can be rotated in either HARDOXdirecon as required, and ramp drainage can be done through an oponal hydraulic dump valve.

The distributor heads are available in two different models. The standard version is adequate for most operaons, and features 2 knives with a diameter of 220mm. If the slurry contains a great deal of hay or straw, and the demand is to apply a greater amount of slurry at higher speeds, along with an available oil flow of 80l/min., then the 4-knife OMH system can be used. This has up to 70% more torque than the standard 2 knife system.

residue. A following harrow can be added for leveling and distribuon of straw or crop residue. The discs are linked in pairs, and are designed to follow as the tanker steers, making it possible to spread in curbs without liing the ramp.

Accurate following of ground contours is achieved by using an arculated mounng frame. The frame is arculated in the middle, so that the outer wing secons can swivel or turn as needed, this acon is also controlled and secured through the use of shock absorbers. The ramp frame can support up to 40 discs, with a cung angle of 1.5°, producing an opening of up to 11mm wide, with a working depth of between 30 to 60mm. An oponal furrow opening coulter can be used, which produces an opening of 18mm wide, and two addional spacer rings can be installed on either of the disc. The discs are manufactured from tempered boron steel, and have very long working life. Slurry is applied into the cut channels by nozzles with a 12mm wide opening. The slurry is placed where needed, minimizing the odors, and helping to ensure the maximum benefit of it's nutrients.

Computer & Joysck Controls: Designed in-house by Prodevice

The CANBUS control systems Prodevice employed on Agronic tankers are designed and manufactured in-house by the Oy division. This technology makes connecon to the tanker very simple, requiring only a pressure and free-flow return from the tractor. The control system can be easily expanded, and the filling pump control is integrated into the system.

Pumping arm and spreader control are straighorward and logical. Locking of controls, distributor head, and control of the bogie axle are all done with switches. Locking of the bogie, pump arm, and applicaon rate are all monitored. A joysck control can be supplemented with the onboard computer.

The trip computer allows for the monitoring of distribuon rate, working hours, and the surface area covered. Data from up to 200 clients can be stored in the system.

Standard equipment includes control over the amount of automac funcons, control to adjust the applicaon rate, and the PTO speed. The onboard computer also makes work on the headlands easy, with the push of a buon the spreader is engaged, the distributor head starts, and the necessary adjustments commence. With a second push of the buon, the spreader disengages. The bogie locks, and the rotaon guard of the distributor engages.

Automac control for AGRONIC disc injector is available.
