consensus on site program, layout, and priorities

• District conducted additional safety inspection

of play structures at each site due to damage

over the summer

• Combined safety inspections and solicited

parts lists and pricing information for

structure repairs from each play structure

manufacturer

• Prepared draft construction documents based

upon site approved design development

• Fourth round of meetings with school to

obtain approval from the site on the design
