This building was once home to over 800 sawmill employees and a rich part of our city’s history. Jim Long
Long is the CEO and owner of Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc., a luxury hotel brand exclusive to New Mexico. He has founded numerous highly successful companies throughout his career including American Property and Southwest Brands. His latest addition to his successful ventures will be as the developer of the emerging Sawmill District.
Ashley Wilkins
Wilkins is the founder and creative director of Islyn Studio, a multi-disciplinary creative studio based in N.Y.C., specializing in experiential design for the hospitality and retail markets. Once a designer for Ace Hotel’s, she now directs the market’s interior design and brand identity.
Jason & Lauren Greene
The Greene’s are the successful owners and operator’s of Albuquerque’s popular Grove Cafe & Market. They are also the Sawmill Market’s concept developers, helping to identify and curate the artisanal food hall with creative culinary and retail experiences.
Steve Carlin
Carlin is the developer and talent behind the highly successful food markets at the Ferry Building located in downtown San Francisco and the Oxbow Public Market located in Napa, California.
Chris O’Donnell
O’Donnell is the brand director for the Sawmill District and brings his environmental design experience from Yahoo to help design and create new and unique branded experiences. Maintaining the ditrict’s brand identity, he oversees the revitalization of the historic area into an urban live, work, and play environment.
Cindy Campos
Campos comes from a competitive commercial real estate background, having brokered for high profi le companies while at Maestas & Ward Commercial Real Estate. As the leasing manager for the Sawmill District, she will ensure the Sawmill Market is curated with the best tenants.
