• 62% (whether hiring or not) either want to - or are already actively seeking to - recruit an unemployed person

How do I design a job that works for the business? I haven’t got time to work this out. What can I realistically expect them to do?

I can’t keep up with all the employment legislation – What if I miss something, get caught out and lose my business?

They think this isn’t a real job because they’ve been placed with us. They think we’re just out to exploit them, so they’re not trying but we really need them.

I’m on a steep learning curve. I’ve never had any people management training and I can’t afford to go away on a course. All the support seems to be aimed at the employee.
