Telegestore is fully operational on 32,5 Mln Customers

Leading Technology Excellence in

operation

Smart Infrastructure

Meters installed at customer's premises provide real-time access to the supply data

Meters transmit data regarding consumptions, receive updates of the contractual parameters and remotely manage the supply connectivity.

No interventions on-site are needed.

Tailored Tariffs

Involving customers by enabling participation while guarantying high quality of service

Enabling a new hourly-based tariff system, flexible and adaptable to the various needs

Customers free to select supply contract tailored on their needs and consenting a cost saving.

Pilot Projects in BrazilEnel “model” digital meters in the area of Fortaleza

Enel, with Endesa, is developing a pilot remote management project in Brazil, using the same metering technology that Endesa is installing in Spain. The pilot project will be implemented through Coelce, Endesa's electricity distribution subsidiary operating in the State of Cearà, Brazil.

The pilot project was launched in Fortaleza through the installation of meters of the model developed by Enel Distribuzione. The project also envisages the installation of concentrators for the data collected by meters in transformer stations and training days for the technicians of local Enel Group distribution companies.

Brazil is the first country in Latin America to begin developing a regulatory framework for remote management.
