3 Montage

Montieren Sie das Achsinterface in unmittelbarer Nähe desjeweiligen Antriebs. Die Kabellänge zum Messsystem be�trägt typisch ca. 300 mm.

Das Achsinterface Typ SPC−AIF−... wird auf einer ebenen

Fläche befestigt.

S Befestigen Sie das Achsinterface mit mindestens 3M4−Schrauben.

Die Achsinterfaces können senkrecht montiert werden.Hierfür sind separate Haltewinkel Typ SPC−HBW−SET aus

dem Zubehör notwendig.

zu schnellen Ausgleichsbewegungen der Achse führen.Beachten Sie die folgenden Installationshinweise, umStörungen durch elektromagnetische Einflüsse zu ver�meiden.

� Verbinden Sie den Erdungsanschluss der linken

Gehäuseseite niederohmig (kurze Leitung mit großemQuerschnitt) mit dem Erdpotenzial, wenn das Achs−

interface nicht auf einem geerdeten Maschinengestellmontiert ist.

� Nur bei Wegmesssystem Typ MLO−POT−...−LWG:Zur Erdung verbinden Sie das Masseband (im Liefer�umfang des Messsystems) mit dem Flachstecker des

Messsystems und dem Erdungsanschluss des

Achsinterface.

mit einem Masseband oder einem Massekabel (Quer�schnitt min. 2,5 mm2, Länge max. 0,5 m).

� Verlegen Sie Achsinterface−Kabel, CP−Kabel, Mess−

System−Kabel und Proportional−Wegeventilkabel nichtin der Nähe oder parallel zu Leitungen mit hohem Stör�pegel.

� Verwenden Sie nur die Originalkabel. Fixieren Sie dieStecker mit Hilfe der Überwurfmutter, um unbeabsich�tigtes Lösen, z. B. durch Erschütterungen, zu vermei�den.

� Verschließen Sie ungenutzte Anschlüsse mit den mit�gelieferten Schutzkappen. Nur dann ist die SchutzartIP65 sichergestellt.


4.1 Anschließen an den Achsinterface−Strang

HinweisBeachten Sie bezüglich der max. zulässigen Kabellän�gen am Achsinterface−Strang die Angaben im Bediener−Handbuch zum SPC200.

An einem Achsinterface−Strang können maximal zwei Achs�interfaces beliebigen Typs angeschlossen werden. Verwen�den Sie zum Anschließen des Achsinterfaces nur die fol�genden Originalkabel:

� Typ KSPC−AIF−1−WD−... für die erste Achse am Achsinterface−Strang.

� Typ KVI−CP−...−... für die zweite Achse am Achsinterface−Strang.

Befindet sich das anzuschließende Achsinterface am Ende

des Achsinterface−Strangs, ist am OUT−Anschluss des Achsinterfaces der Abschlusswiderstand Typ KABS−M9−R100 zu installieren.


4.2 Messsystem anschließen

Das Messsystem−Kabel ist fest mit dem Achsinterface ver�bunden. Es hat eine Kabellänge von ca. 0,30 m.

HinweisSchließen Sie nur das Original Messsystem an. Verwen�den Sie nur das Originalkabel. Verlängern Sie das Kabelnicht. Durch die geringe Kabellänge werden Störungendurch elektromagnetische Einflüsse vermieden.


4.3 Proportional−Wegeventil anschließen

Der Ventilanschluss stellt die Stromversorgung für dasVentil zur Verfügung und liefert die Steuerspannung fürdie Ventilschieberstellung.

3 Fitting

Fit the axis interface as close as possible to the relevantdrive. The length of the cable to the measuring systemshould be approx. 300 mm.

The axis interface type SPC−AIF−... must be fitted on a flatsurface.

S Fasten the axis interface with at least 3 M4 screws.

The axis interfaces can be fitted vertically. Separate sup�port brackets type SPC−HBW−SET (accessories) are necess�ary here.

4 Installation

WarningInterference due to electromagnetic sources is liable tocause sudden compensatory movements of the axis.Follow the installation procedure below in order to pre�vent this electromagnetic interference.

� Connect the earth connection on the left−hand side ofthe housing with low impedance (short cable withlarge cross−sectional area) to the earth potential, if the

axis interface is not attached to an earthed machineryframe.

� Only with measuring system type MLO−POT−...−LWG:For earthing, connect the earth strip (included with the

measuring system) to the flat plug of the measuring

system and to the earthing connection of the axis in�terface.

� Only with swivel module type DSMI−...:For earthing, connect the earthing connection of the

DSMI and the earthing connection of the axis interface

using an earth strip or an earthing cable (cross−sec�tional area at least 2.5 mm2, length max. 0.5 m).

� Do not lay any axis interface cables, CP cables,measuring system cables or proportional directionalcontrol valve cables near or parallel to cables with highinterference levels.

� Use only original cables. Attach the plug with the helpof the union nut, so as to avoid any unintentionalslackening caused by oscillation etc.

� Seal any unused connectors with the protective caps

provided. Only then is the IP65 type of protection en�sured.


4.1 Connecting the axis interface string

Please noteComply with the instructions for the SPC200 given inthe User Manual as regards the maximum cable lengths

permitted for the axis interface string.

A maximum of two axis interfaces of any type can be con�nected to one axis interface string. Use only the following

original cables for connecting the axis interface:

� type KSPC−AIF−1−WD−... for the first axis of the axis interface string.

� type KVI−CP−...−... for the second axis of the axis inter�face string.

If the axis interface to be connected is at the end of the

axis interface string, the type KABS−M9−R100 terminating

resistor is to be fitted to the OUT connection of the axisinterface.


4.2 Connecting the measuring system

The measuring system cable is firmly attached to the axisinterface.

It is about 0.30 m in length.

Please noteConnect only the original measuring system. Use onlythe original cable. Do not extend the cable. Use the

short cable length to avoid interference from electro�magnetic sources.


4.3 Connecting the proportional directional control valve

The valve connection provides the power supply for the

valve and provides the control voltage for the slide valve

setting.

Please noteUse only the original type KMPYE−... cable.

3 Montaje

Montar el interface de ejes lo más cerca posible del corres�pondiente actuador. La longitud típica del cable al sistema

de medición es aprox. de 300 mm.

El interface de ejes tipo SPC−AIF−... se monta sobre una

superficie plana.

S Fijar el interface de ejes por lo menos con 3 tornillos

M4.

El interface de ejes puede montarse verticalmente. Para esto se necesitan soportes en escuadra adicionales

(tipo SPC−HBW−SET) de los accesorios Festo.

4 Instalación

AdvertenciaDebido a fuentes electromagnéticas, el interface puede

producir súbitos movimientos de compensación de los

ejes. Para evitar estas interferencias electromagnéticas,seguir el procedimiento de instalación descrito a conti�nuación.

� Unir la conexión de tierra en el lado izquierdo del cilin�dro al potencial de tierra con una baja impedancia (ca�ble corto con gran sección transversal), si el interface

de ejes no está fijado al bastidor de una máquina que

se halle unido al tierra.

� Sólo con sistemas de medición tipo MLO−POT−...−LWG:Para la puesta a tierra, conectar la banda de tierra (in�cluida con el sistema de medida) a la clavija plana delsistema de medición y a la conexión de tierra del inter�face de ejes.

0,5 m).

� No tender cables de interface de ejes, cables CP, ca�bles del sistema de medición o cables de la válvuladistribuidora proporcional, cerca o paralelamente acables con altos niveles de interferencias.

� Utilizar sólo cables originales. Fijar la clavija con ayuda

de la tuerca de unión, con el fin de evitar que se aflojeinadvertidamente por causa de oscilaciones, etc.

� Cerrar las conexiones no utilizadas con las caperuzas

de protección suministradas. Sólo así se asegura eltipo de protección IP65.


4.1 Conexión del ramal del interface de ejes

Por favor, observarCumplir con las instrucciones para el SPC200 dadas en

el manual de usuario, en relación con las longitudes

máximas del cable permitidas para el ramal del inter�face de ejes.

A un ramal de interface de ejes, pueden conectarse un

máximo de dos interfaces de ejes de cualquier tipo. Utilice

sólo los siguientes cables originales para conectar los

interfaces de ejes:

� tipo KSPC−AIF−1−WD−... para el primer eje del ramal delinterface de ejes.

� tipo KVI−CP−...−... para el segundo eje del ramal del in�terface de ejes.

Si el interface de ejes a conectar se halla al final del ramal,hay que montar una resistencia terminadora tipo KABS−

M9−R100 en la conexión OUT del interface de ejes.


4.2 Conexión del sistema de medida

El cable del sistema de medida se une firmemente al inter�face de ejes.

Es de unos 0,30 m de longitud.

Por favor, observarConectar sólo el sistema de medición original. Utilizarsolamente el cable original. No prolongar el cable. Utili�zar un cable corto para evitar interferencias de fuentes

electromagnéticas.


4.3 Conectar la válvula distribuidora de control propor�cional

La conexión proporciona la alimentación para la válvula yla tensión de control para el posicionado de la correderade la válvula.

3 Montage

Monter l’interface d’axe à proximité directe de l’axeconcerné. Le câble menant au système de mesure estgénéralement d’une longueur d’environ 300 mm.

L’interface d’axe type SPC−AIF−... est fixée sur une surface

plane.

S Fixer l’interface d’axe type à l’aide d’au moins 3 visM4.

Les interfaces d’axes peuvent être montées verticalement.Pour y parvenir, des équerres de maintien séparées type

SPC−HBW−SET, faisant partie des accessoires, sont néces�saires.

� Ne pas placer le câble du module de commande, lecâble CP, le câble du système de mesure et le câble dudistributeur proportionnel à proximité des câbles ouparallèlement aux câbles à haut niveau de bruit.

� N’utiliser que des câbles d’origine. Bloquer les

connecteurs à l’aide des écrous−raccords, pour éviterqu’ils ne se débranchent p. ex. par suite des vibra�tions.

� Obturer les connecteurs inutilisés avec les bouchons

étanches. Ceci permet de garantir l’indice de protec�tion IP65.


4.1 Raccordement sur la branche du module de commande

NoteRespecter les indications du manuel d’utilisation duSPC200 relatives au longueurs de câbles max. admissi�bles sur la branche du module de commande.

Sur une même branche du module de commande peuventêtre connectés au plus deux modules de commandes detype quelconque. Utiliser uniquement les câbles d’origine

suivants pour raccorder le module de commande.

� Type KSPC−AIF−1−WD−... pour le premier module sur labranche du module de commande.

� Type KVI−CP−...−... pour le deuxième module sur labranche du module de commande.

Si le module de commande à raccorder se trouve à l’extré�mité de la branche du module de commande, installer larésistance de terminaison du type KABS−M9−R100 sur leraccordement OUT du module de commande.


4.2 Raccordement du système de mesure

Le câble du système de mesure est serré avec le modulede commande. Il dispose d’un câble de 0,30 m de long

env.

NoteRaccorder uniquement le système de mesure d’origine.Utiliser exclusivement le câble d’origine. Ne pas rallon�ger le câble. L’utilisation de câbles courts permet d’évi�ter les perturbations électromagnétiques.


4.3 Raccordement du distributeur proportionnel

Le connecteur du distributeur fournit l’alimentation électri�que du distributeur et la tension de commande du tiroir dudistributeur.

3 Montaggio

Montare l’interfaccia assi il più vicino possibile al relativoattuatore. I cavi di collegamento al sistema di rilevamentohanno una lunghezza standard di 300 mm.

L’interfaccia assi tipo SPC−AIF−... viene fissata su una su�perficie piana.

S Fissare l’interfaccia assi utilizzando almeno 3 viti M4.

Le interfacce assi possono essere montate in posizione

verticale. Perciò sono necessarie squadrette di fissaggioseparate tipo SPC−HBW−SET (accessori).

4 Indicazioni per l’installazione

AvvertenzaLe anomalie causate da radiodisturbi possono dareluogo a rapidi movimenti di compensazione dell’asse.Attenersi alle indicazioni per l’installazione riportate diseguito, allo scopo di escludere la possibilità di anoma�lie di funzionamento dovute a radiodisturbi.

� Se l’interfaccia assi non è montata su un telaio mac�china dotato di messa a terra, creare un collegamentoa bassa resistenza (cavi di lunghezza appena suffi�ciente a sezione elevata) tra la connessione di terra sullato sinistro dell’alloggiamento e il potenziale di terra.

� Solo per il potenziometro lineare analogico tipo MLO−POT−...−LWG:Per effettuare la messa a terra, collegare la piattina dimassa (in dotazione al potenziometro) al connettorepiatto del potenziometro e alla connessione di terradell’interfaccia assi.

� Evitare di posare i cavi CP, dell’interfaccia assi, del si�stema di misurazione e della valvola proporzionale dicontrollo portata vicino o parallelamente rispetto acavi con un elevato livello di disturbo.

� Impiegare solo cavi originali. Fissare i connettori con

l’ausilio della ghiera, onde evitare scollegamenti acci�dentali dovuti ad es. a vibrazioni.

� Chiudere le connessioni non utilizzate con i tappi diprotezione forniti in dotazione. Solo in tal modo è garantito il grado di protezione IP65.


4.1 Collegamento alla linea di interfacciamento assi

NotaAttenersi alle indicazioni fornite dal manuale per l’ope�ratore dell’SPC200 circa i limiti massimi di lunghezza

dei cavi sulla linea di interfacciamento assi.

Sulla stessa linea di interfacciamento assi possono esserecollegati al massimo due moduli di interfacciamento assi,a prescindere dal tipo. Per il collegamento dell’interfacciaassi impiegare esclusivamente questi cavi originali:

� tipo KSPC−AIF−1−WD−... per il primo asse della linea diinterfacciamento assi.

� tipo KVI−CP−...−... per il secondo asse della linea di in�terfacciamento assi.

Se l’interfaccia assi è posizionata al termine della linea diinterfacciamento assi, è necessario installare la resistenza

terminale tipo KABS−M9−R100 nella connessione OUT diquell’interfaccia assi.


4.2 Collegamento del sistema di misurazione

Il cavo del sistema di misurazione è collegato in modopermanente all’interfaccia assi. È lungo ca. 0,30 m.

NotaCollegare solamente il sistema di misurazione originale.Impiegare esclusivamente il cavo originale. Non appli�care prolunghe al cavo. La lunghezza ridotta del cavoevita il verificarsi di anomalie causate da radiodisturbi.


4.3 Collegamento della valvola proporzionale di controllo portata

Il connettore per la valvola assicura l’alimentazione elet�trica della stessa, erogando la tensione di comando per laposizione del cursore.

Montera axelgränssnittet omedelbart i närheten av driften.Kabellängden till mätsystemet belöper sig typiskt till ca.300 mm.

Axelgränssnittet typ SPC−AIF−... skall fästas på en jämn

yta.

S Fäst axelgränssnittet med åtminstone 3 M4−skruvar.

Axelgränssnitten kan monteras vertikalt. Därtill behövsseparata hållvinklar typ SPC−HBW−SET från reservdelarna.

� Anslut jordanslutningen på husets vänstra sidalågohmigt (kort ledning med stor area) mot jord−

potentialen, om axelgränssnittet inte är monterat påett jordat maskinstativ.

� Endast vid mätsystem MLO−POT−...−LWG:Jorda enheten genom att ansluta jordledaren (ingår imätsystemets leveransomfång) till mätsystemetsflatstiftskontakt och axelgränssnittets jordanslutning.

� Dra inte axelgränssnittets kabel, CP−kabeln, mät−systemskabeln och proportionalventilkabeln inärheten eller parallellt med kablar med hög

störningsnivå.

� Använd endast originalkablar. Fixera kontakterna medöverfallsmuttrarna, så undviker du att de lossnaroavsiktligt, t.ex. pga. vibrationer.

� Förslut oanvända anslutningar med medföljande

skyddspluggar. Endast på detta sätt garanteraskapslingsklass IP65.


4.1 Anslutning till axelgränssnittssträngen

NoteraBeakta uppgifterna i manualen till SPC200 vad gällermax godkända kabellängder på axelgränssnitts−

strängen.

Max två axelgränssnitt av valfri typ kan anslutas till en

axelgränssnittssträng. Använd endast följande original−kablar vid anslutning av axelgränssnitt:

� KSPC−AIF−1−WD−... för den första axeln påaxelgränssnittssträngen.

� KVI−CP−...−... för den andra axeln påaxelgränssnittssträngen.

Om det axelgränssnitt som ska anslutas befinner sig islutet av axelgränssnittssträngen, ska terminerings−

motstånd KABS−M9−R100 installeras på axelgränssnittetsOUT−anslutning.


4.2 Anslutning av mätsystem

Mätsystemkabeln är fast förbunden med axelgränssnittet.Kabellängden är ca 0,30 m.

NoteraAnslut endast originalmätsystemet. Använd endastoriginalkabeln. Förläng inte kabeln. Tack vare de kortakabellängderna undviks störningar pga. elektro−magnetisk påverkan.


4.3 Anslutning av proportionalventil

Ventilanslutningen förser ventilen med matningsspänningoch logikspänning för att positionera ventilsliden.
