Citizens go to government when in transition and in stress … it is not like booking a holiday air-ticket. And they are not customers … they are users …. They can not go anywhere else to get a service … unfortunately there is no other way Citizen compare the government services with uber, grab car, air bnb …. Gov. should be able to give the service by the time it takes to boil an egg
