Support for in-band SMS in EV-DO

Requirement: Ability to use SMS while using all carriers for EV-DO.

Existing limitation: One carrier has to be allocated for SMS.

More than 3 carriers’ DO aggregation

• Requirement: More than 3 carriers should be available together. Introduce Rev C.

• Existing limitation: In Rev B, maximum 3 carriers are currently available.

Multiband DO carrier aggregation.

• Requirement: Carriers should be available across different bands together.

• Existing limitation: We have 800 and 1900 bands and are limited to use only one band at one time.
