LEASE PRICE ADJUSTMENT Annually, before the first one year after data lease start, based on the price index according to the consumer price index (CPI) range CPI employees low (2006=100),
published by the Centraal Planbureau voor de Statistiek (Central Statistics Office). GUARANTEES Bank guarantee in the amount of three months lease, including service costs and VAT.
OTHER CONDITIONS The other conditions apply in compliance with Real Estate Council standard lease agreement with corresponding general terms and conditions.

PORT OF ROTTERDAM
The Port of Rotterdam is the largest port and industry complex in
Europe. The annual transhipment of the Port of Rotterdam is about
465 million tons. The Port acts as the gateway to a
European market with more than 350 million consumers. Rotterdam
