Send variety of postal mail types from ACT by SageCreate campaigns

Create a campaign by importing a PDF. The mail piece is automatically addressed. Then drag merge fields on to the page - all ACT fields are available as merge fields. Write text in the resulting text box and then rotate, expand, shrink, select fonts and other attributes. Save your work as a Smartmail Project file (SMP).

Share campaigns

Place SMP files on a shared drive (or send via email) for all company staff to use as a project in ACT. SMP files can event be sent to third parties for them to use as a template.

Smartmail can create artwork and campaign projects for you to use in Smartmail for ACT. We can also source or create a mailing list for your campaigns. We can import this list into ACT, do the segmentation and create ACT groups.

System requirements

Smartmail Direct for ACT requires that ACT by Sage 2009, 2010 or 2011 be installed on the same PC. PDF files must be produced to Smartmail Direct for ACT specifications in terms of size, resolution, image quality and colour space.
