The Equipment Checklist is linked to the equipment assigned to a specific Team Leader and provides documentation of Pre-Op check completion.
Checklist appears when the Team Leader is first signed into the system
System reminders ensure that all items are verified and will continue to notify the Team Leader to complete the checklist.
Team Leader can not be assigned to a flight until the equipment checklist is completed

SMARTrack™ Problem Notification
Team Leader notifies Dispatch of any problem affecting the ability to service the Aircraft
The Team is locked into the assignment and cannot be released to do other work until authorized by the Dispatcher
The Problem Button is linked to a QA process flow that ensures problem resolution before enabling a team to proceed to the next aircraft.

SMARTrack™ Problem Notification
Canned messages are provided for common issues in a pull down menu along with the ability to send custom messages
Team Leader may either highlight a canned message or type a free form message to report a more unique issue.
The Dispatcher will receive a color coded alert that a problem exists with a team.
Teams will receive a notification that the problem is released

SMARTrack is capable of receiving automatic real-time flight information from Delta RES/OSS. This “Future State” data feed will require support from DT to implement.
The DGS SMARTrack™ technology is already developed and successfully deployed in our US Airways hub cabin cleaning operation in Philadelphia.
