    COERVER SKILLS SKILL CIRCUIT 0:25 (10x10 DIAMOND): WARM-UP PROGRATION Post an extra player at each flag to exercise graduated pressure on the dribbler. After pressuring the ball, player moves to where dribbler started from. Dribbler stays at flag after delivering pass to opposite cone to act as defender on the next dribbler.

    Moves start CW (then switch CCW) Players dribble towards the flag (representing a defender) and perform the move. Pass to next player in line after going past the flag.
