5、Technical documents

Fengyuan will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, water

scheme, electrical diagram and operation manual after the contract is executed.

6、Arrangement for inspection, installation and commission

6.1、After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to

Fengyuan company. All expenses generated will be paid by customer. Customer can

also consign Fengyuan to finish inspection work.

6.2、Fengyuan will send technicians to customer’s factory after preparation work is

completed.

6.3、Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing

machines.

6.4、Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s

factory.

6.5、The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa

formalities, airplane tickets(round way), residency, meals and allowance for USD30

per day for each technician.

7、Quantity and quality guarantee

7.1、Quantity/Quality discrepancy to destination port during transportation

In case of quantity/Quality discrepancy to destination port during in transportation,

customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of goods at port of

destination. Fengyuan will not be responsible for any discrepancy of goods caused byshipping company and other transportation organization and/ or post office.

7.2、Guarantee period and after-sales services: 15months since B/L date.

During this guarantee period, Fengyuan will provide spare parts without any charge in

case of quality discrepancy caused by us. if the malfunctions are caused by customerincorrect operations, Fengyuan will provide customer the spare parts at cost price.

7.3、Long-term service

Fengyuan will provide customer spare parts of cost price beyond 15 months and

provide long-term technical guide.

8、Valid period of this quotation

60days since quotation date.
