The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, self control. Galatians 5:22-23
Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead and Christ will shine on you. Ephesians 5:14
Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure , children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation. Then you will shine like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. Philippians 2: 14-16
The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred ,discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies and the like. Galatians 5: 19-21
May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit , soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful , and he will do it.

Zedekiah was twenty one years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years. He did evil in the eyes of the Lord his God and did not humble himself before Jeremiah the prophet, who spoke the word of the Lord. He also rebelled against King Nebuchadnezzar, who made him take an oath in God’s name. He became stiff-necked and hardened his heart and would not turn to the Lord, the God of Israel.
Furthermore, all the leaders of the priests and the people became more and more unfaithful, following all the detestable practices of the nations and defiling the temple of the Lord, which he had consecrated in Jerusalem.
The Lord , the God of their ancestors sent word to them through his messengers again and again, because he had pity on his people and on his dwelling place. But they mocked God’s messengers, despised his words and scoffed at his prophets until the wrath of the Lord was aroused against his people and there was no remedy.
He brought up against them the king of Babylonians, who killed their young men with the sword in the sanctuary, and did not spare young men or young women, the elderly or the infirm. God gave them all into the hands of Nebuchadnezzar. He carried to Babylon all the articles from the temple of God, both large and small, and the treasures of the Lord’s temple and the treasures of the king and his officials.
They set fire to God’s temple and broke down the wall of Jerusalem; they burned all the palaces and destroyed everything of value there. He carried into exile to Babylon the remnant , who escaped from the sword , and they became servants to him and his successors until the kingdom of Persia came to power. The land enjoyed its sabbath rests; until all the time of its desolation it rested , until seventy years were completed in fulfillment of the word of the Lord spoken by Jeremiah.
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit , who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought with a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. I Cor 6:19-20.
Don’t you believe that I am in my Father , and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather , it is the Father , living in me, who is doing the work. Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ , the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself in Christ , not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. 2 Cor 5:17-20
But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.
Romans 8:10
In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. It is right for me to feel this way about you, since I have you in my heart.
Then Satan entered Judas, called Iscariot, one of the Twelve. Luke 22:3
As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him. So Jesus told him, “What you are about to do , do quickly.” John 13:27
Many times he delivered them, but they were
bent on rebellion and they wasted away in their
sin. Yet he took note of their distress when he
heard their cry; for their sake he remembered his
covenant. Psalm 106:43-46
For rebellion is as the sin of divination,
and arrogance like the evil of idolatry.
I Samuel 15:23a
You are good, and what you do is good; teach me your decrees. Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies, I keep your precepts with all my heart. Their hearts are callous and unfeeling, but I delight in your law.
I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be my people. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians ; I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk with heads held high.
Leviticus 26:12-13
You aren’t one of this man’s disciples too, are you?” she asked Peter. He replied, “I am not.”It was cold, and the servants and officials stood around a fire they had made to keep warm. Peter also was standing them, warming himself. John 18:17-18
But now, all of you who light fires and provide yourselves with flaming torches, go, walk in the light of your fires and of the torches you have set ablaze. This is what you will receive from my hand: You will lie down in torment. Isaiah 50:11
~For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. Revelation 7:17 and 14:4.~
Who is it that says , “I will be with you always”? He is none else but the slain Lamb at the center of the throne! The Lamb in His deepest humiliation , enthroned in the glory of God. It is He who invites you to the closest fellowship and likeness to Himself.
Time , deep reverence, and adoring worship are required to realize that He who lives in the glory of the Father, He before whom all heaven bows in prostrate adoration, is the One who offers to be your companion and your shepherd. The Lamb in the center of the throne is indeed the embodiment of the omnipotent glory of the everlasting God and of His love. To have this Lamb of God as your almighty Shepherd and your faithful Keeper does indeed make it possible that the thoughts and the cares of earth shall not separate you from His love for a single moment.
