This unique approach to dental health care enables you to receive high quality dental care at a price point that is suitable to your budget. Smile Smart can save you money for all your dental treatments from cleanings to fillings and crowns.

The Smile Smart Pre-Paid Dental Program is NOT dental insurance. Instead, you pay a small annual premium and receive routine care at no cost and up to 20% or more off all other dental procedures for one low cost annual fee of $249.

Smile Smart is offered exclusively to FHCP members at all Florida Health Care dental offices. Members purchasing the Smile Smart Pre-Paid Den-tal Program from their Florida Health Care dental provider will receive discounted services as outlined in the chart in this brochure.

With this program you will receive the outstanding dental care and customer service you have come to expect from the dentists and staff you trust.

It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company, and you will receive a bill for the same.

Each operatory has patient monitors for patient education, aimed at helping with the discussion of your dental care.
