Insert the small peg on the top ofthe key into the double lock slotand slide to the center of the cuff.This will double lock the cuff toprevent further tightening.

Using the small peg on the top ofthe key, fully depress the push pin. This will double lock the cuff toprevent further tightening.

With the tip of your finger, fully liftthe lever and then allow it to return.Once this has been done, the double lock will be set. This causes the lock spring to move intoa position that locks the bolt thuspreventing the cuff from being further tightened. NO KEYREQUIRED TO DOUBLE LOCK!
