Smoked Paprika Home Fries

2. Roast potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through. Potatoes should be golden and tender.
Home fries are breakfast’s comfort food, and with the addition of rich smoked paprika and savory garlic, this version is even more satisfying.
