Ensuring the programme is in line with Government policy and fits with the District Implementation Plan (EHP)
Adapt to changes in policy
Collaborative implementation with District Health office
Constant referral and communication with relevant Government Ministries
Collaborative implementation with relevant stakeholders (e.g. NGOs, community leaders)
Completion of the current round of SG-IDF fund concentrating on safe motherhood
Identification of further funding to role out the programme with the DHO through peer education
Continue to add value to the initiative through links with other programmes
