Summary

This is a mashup of a Snail and Alien Xenomorph we sculpted as I wantedone for my front porch.

Use gyroid infill at 5%, drill a 1" hole in the bottom, and fill it with plasterto give it weight so the wind won't take it away.

It's a easy print, orient diagonally to print it on one build plate.

Drill a 1" hole in the bottom for a pour spout, fill with plaster for weight (2parts plaster, 1 part water)

Finishing:

Lightly sand rough edges Give it 3 coats of black primer until the layerlines are gone. 15 minutes dry between coats. Oil rubbed bronze acrylicspray for the base coat Spanish gold rub and buff for the body Silver leafrub and buff for the shell Liquitex paint pen, Mars Black, for the hood Clearcoat for UV protection

I put mine on the front porch for the sake of the postman.
