Snecma Services Brussels (formerly the Sabena Engine Shop) has over 50 years of experience servicing aircraft engines. More than 100 airlines have entrusted us with their engines since the founding of the company. > Focused on Continuous Improvement SSB Continuous Improvement program addresses the customers’ pressing needs, including reduced shop visit costs and turnaround times (TAT) sevices, while maintaining top-flight technical standards to give its customers expected EGT margins. Using a Management by Objectives approach, everybody in the organization applies tangible improvements day after day. In particular we apply Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Methods, led by our Lean-Sigma Black Belts/ Green Belts.
