1 - CASE HISTORY
The plant is a Venturi System and actually is the main fuel plant for a Logistic Center in Russia –
Moscow region.
When Natural gas will approach the area, the plant will be used as back-up system.
The plant is running since November 2014.
Features of LPG Vaporizing Unit
• Flow capacity 1000 Kg/h (2x500)
• Inlet pressure from the tank: 16 barg
• Nos. 2 x 500 Kg/h lpg vaporizers water bath with hot water preheated by Eexd electric
resistance 2 x 80KW
• Equipments for safety&control, Eexd switch level for min water level, Eexd water
thermostat and mechanical thermostatic valve with two safety steps
• IP55 control box fixed in safe area
Features of LPG PRS Unit
• Flow capacity 1000 Kg/h
• Dual line (one working – one stand-by)
• Inlet pressure from the tank: 16 barg
• Outlet pressure to the SNG Mixing valves: 4 barg
Features of SNG Mixing Valves Unit
• Flow capacity 640 Nm3/h of mixture
• Inlet pressure from the PRS: 4 barg
• Outlet pressure to the end user: 250 mbarg
• Nos. 3 mixing valves, working on the basis of the requested demand
• Eexd junction boxes on board
• IP55 control box fixed in safe area

The plant is an Air Compressed System and it is Natural Gas back-up system for an aluminium
manufacturer in Sofia – Bulgaria.
The plant has been installed and put in service in July 2015.

• Flow capacity 800 Kg/h (1x500 + 1x300)
• Inlet pressure from the tank: 3 barg
• Nos. 1 x 500 Kg/h + Nos. 1 x300 Kg/h lpg vaporizers water bath with hot water preheated
by Eexd electric resistance 1 x 80KW + 1x48KW
• Equipments for safety&control, Eexd switch level for min water level, Eexd water
thermostat and mechanical thermostatic valve with two safety steps
• IP55 control box fixed in safe area

• Flow capacity 650 Nm3/h of mixture
• Inlet pressure from the PRS: 3 barg
