What is a Snow & Ice Party?Located on our small ice, Snow & Ice parties give you and

your guests the opportunity to ice skate and for some people, experience snow for the first time. Perfect for running around and

making snowballs, the Snowplay side of the ice is complete with sleds, tubes, and toys to make snowballs and snow people. This is sure to be a unique and fun experience for you and your guests!

What will our food & drink look like?For our Snow & Ice Parties, our staff will prepare individual servings of chicken nuggets and hot chips for each of your party guests. When confirming your party guest numbers, you will be asked for your drink preferences. Enough jugs to cater for your guests will be brought out with your food. In addition to this, your table will be provided with a bottle of tomato sauce and free table water.

Included in your booking is a complimentary lollu bags for each child. Extra food and drinks for your party and parents of guest can be added to your booking for additional charges, and can be found on the menu at the back of this document. Platters cannot be ordered on the day and must be added to your bookings prior to 1PM on Wednesday of the week of your party. After this deadline, we cannot guarantee extras, allergies, or changes can be catered to.

For health and safety reasons, the IceArenA has a strict no strict no outside food or drink policy.

Can parents skate too?Parents are welcome to join in on Snowplay with their children with no additional charge. Parents can also skate along with the party for an additional skate hire fee. Skate hire is only $5 and can be purchased at the front desk.

We understand that parents may not want to skate with their children, but would like an older sibling to help supervise. Please be aware that supervisors must adhere to age restrictions, or will have to be counted as a party guest. Saturday morning supervisors: 16 years & up. Friday afternoon supervisors: 18 years & up

What can I expect from anIce Skating Party?With access to both the small and large ice, your party can spend their whole night skating with their friends. Complete with colourful lighting, music by our DJ, and food and drinks provided by us, your guests can have a relaxed night of skating to enjoy at their own pace.

Variations to our Birthday PartiesHere at the IceArena, we do aim to be flexible and accommodating to each party’s individual need and requirements. For this reason some adjustments can be made to our packages, just give us a call and speak with our staff when booking. All variations and party changes are required to have been made prior to your party session as we may not be able to cater to alterations made on the day.

We have added the Polar Party Room to your IceArenA experience. This can be hired

privately, or shared with other parties.

The Polar Party Room is often used during our birthday sessions for either one large party, or two smaller parties. This creates less traffic in our kiosk seating area where most parties are set up, and helps space

out the parties. Parties do have the option to exclusively hire out the party polar room for a $100 fee. This can be arranged with staff when booking your birthday party. But be aware, this room books fast, so

when you fill out your tentative booking form, make sure to include that you’d like

to exclusively hire out the room in the comments section!

Please be aware that although IceArenA staff do endeavour to arrange parties in the most functional and comfortable way for all parties booked, without exclusively

hiring the Polar Party Room, you will not be guaranteed use of the room

Please note, extra decorations e.g. balloons, theme table clothes, etc are not included in

the party packages.
