VISION The Snow App by pandaHAUS was built based on the idea of Jan Hudec, an Olympic medalist known as “the panda” to create a large community around skiing that could share wealth generated from the sport with those who participate in the sport, especially competitive skiers. About The Snow App Building “the Facebook of skiing” was a daunting technical task. Facebook is 60 million lines of code, and 1 million lines of code costs 20-30 million dollars to produce ( https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/20140909201849-28760747- how-much-did-it-cost-to-build-facebook-i-ll-tell-you-but-here-s-why-you- shouldn-t-be-asking ). Thanks to “the panda’s” connections, an elite tech team stepped forward and gave The Snow App by pandaHAUS an exclusive license for a ski app to 15 years worth of their backend work know as CORE.

The CORE product team then built an app owned by pandaHAUS for 2 years on top of this platform.

The result is a market ready product built over years at our own expense. About TheSnowCoin (SNOW) By weaving TheSnowCoin (SNOW) into the fabric of The Snow App by pandaHAUS technology platform, we build a digital economy within that app that allows the wealth of the community to be shared.

Addressable Problems in the Skiing Market and Our Solutions In addition to helping make the sport more affordable for recreational and professional skiers, we also seek to equitably share the wealth created in The Snow App digital community with its participants. Modern app ecosystems (Facebook, Instagram and others) do not fairly share their wealth with the community. Users’ privacy is mined relentlessly and sold to the highest bidder with no compensation other than free use of the app to the user. Content providers’ content is used to drive engagement with most of the money going to the app ecosystem. This puts a lot of financial pressure on the content provider and de-motivates or disables their ability to continue to deliver excellent content over time.

We also become the web holding all the participants in the skiing community together and allowing them to interact with all the other participants in the sport (advertisers, ski hills, coaches and competitive skiers, recreational skiers, ski families, etc.).

�PROBLEM Affordability. Lift tickets, ski rentals, travel, lodging and gear are very expensive for individuals, and even more so for families who head to the slopes infrequently and rent gear. The expense is simply the nature of the sport, and millions are happy to pay it. However if lift tickets and other skiing related expenses were more affordable, they would ski more.

SOLUTION The Snow App by pandaHAUS partners with ski hills and the related ecosystem and gives them a platform to reach their audience with trackable discount offers via SNOW tokens. By getting more direct electronic access to their customers and potential customers, advertising budgets can become free lift tickets for SNOW token holders. The same direct customer access platform power applies for hotels, restaurants and ski shops. All ski community participants win when marketing budgets turn into giveaway budgets which accomplish the same goal of reaching the relevant audience with their offers.

PROBLEM Affordability. Racing and training is expensive. For most youth in this category, the burden falls on the parents and it easily costs over 10,000 USD per year for a young person to race competitively. For college age skiers who are racing competitively, the cost is even greater and in many cases they do not have the help of parents. That kills many dreams unnecessarily. And raising money to ski competitively is hard, because donors will not get a tax benefit by giving (this kind of giving does not fall into tax exempt categories).

SOLUTION The Snow App by pandaHAUS through its pandaFUND enables continuous giveback from affluent supporters of the sport to athletes in need via the SNOW token. This is part of the wealth sharing discussed above. SNOW tokens are donated each year to the pandaFUND or directly to athletes features by The Snow App. Athletes selling tokens that have the utility value described in this white paper to wealthy individuals who buy the tokens to help the skiers in need and then write them off or profit from the purchase depending on markets that may exist for the token.

PROBLEM There are millions of small business owners around the world who are near ski areas or who wish to reach a skiing specific audience with their offering, and whose only affordable advertising method is social media and word of mouth (they cannot afford radio, tv or billboards). And since a lot of the skiing community is not active on Facebook (young people are turning off from this platform more and more), and because Facebook is not a skiing specific community, small businesses lack choice and options for better social media access to skiers.

SOLUTION The Snow App by pandaHAUS has small business advertising packages that are affordable and which reach the desired audience in the desired geography. TheSnowCoin (SNOW) Solution By weaving TheSnowCoin (SNOW) into the functionality of The Snow App by pandaHAUS we are able to share wealth with the different stakeholders in our community and make the sport more affordable to people with ad budgets becoming giveaway of product and lift ticket budgets.

Skiers: A pool of 500 million SNOW has been set aside for them to earn by adding value to the community in a variety of ways (using the app, posting good content in forums, inviting their friends to the app, taking surveys from advertisers, moderating forums). The users receive points for these activities in the app which are convertible to SNOW.

Content providers who agree to promote our app can deliver their content into the app in exchange for SNOW on a low cost subscription basis.

Ski Areas who partner with us can sell lift tickets and merchandise with SNOW that are bought and delivered within the app with a single click.

Using SNOW within the app ecosystem Advertisers must buy SNOW equate run ads within The Snow App ecosystem.

SNOW can also be used to buy items in The Snow Store store (lift tickets, merchandise and other goods supplied by organizations who want to reach our community with offers or obtain SNOW in exchange for their goods and services).

SNOW can also be donated to deserving athletes via the pandaFUND or directly via our crowdfunding system.

SNOW can also be used by recreational youth skiers/coaches/parents to pay dues and fees related to organised racing.

Primary Monetization model The Snow App makes money from its holding of SNOW tokens from ads, premium app upgrades, sale of stickers and also from sale of merchandise and commissions on sale of goods.

Market Expansion Plan We have planned significant marketing efforts to expand our small community of 5000+ die hard skiers into millions around the world. Users of The Snow App by pandaHAUS earn pandaPOINTs for certain activities within the app. These points can be used to buy things in our store including the SNOW token, and we have allocated 400 million of the 500 million SNOW tokens reserved for the community in the User Growth Fund for this purpose (the other 100 million are used by the pandaFUND to help deserving athletes). We expect millions of people around the world will be interested in earning free SNOW tokens that can be used to buy lift tickets or pay for food and drink at restaurants near ski hills.

Use of Proceeds Since The Snow App by pandaHAUS is built, proceeds go towards marketing, community building, bandwidth and servers and continued development.

Why Stellar? Stellar is an exciting platform with fast transaction speed, low transfer fees, and endorsement from IBM who along with a network of banks is using Stellar to move money across borders throughout the South Pacific. Because we are using SNOW as a tokenized buying method for purchase of lift tickets, merchandise and crowdfunded donations, we needed the speed, stability and low cost of transfer. An additional benefit of Stellar is the automatic listing of SNOW on the StellarTerm Decentralized Exchange, allowing our user community and investors to unlock value outside The Snow App by pandaHAUS ecosystem with SNOW.
