Snuko’s marketing strategy is simple, yet very

effective and powerful. Instead of “doing” it all by

ourselves and risking too much market competition,

we’d rather leverage on the existing market which is

present and

partner up with potential partners which otherwise

could potentially become our competition.

Our software is marketed worldwide through regional,

national and international trade publications, press

releases, email marketing, social media and on the

world wide web. The company is also in negotiation

with a number of international marketing channels

including affiliate marketing with a view to securing

its worldwide brand recognition. Our distribution

model is divided in to 4 different segments:

• Online - internet marketing, affiliate marketing

and web partnerships

• Retail - offered as box products in retails

shops as well as through e-tail channels

• Corporate - Sold through distributor reseller

networks with successful track record in the

Small and Medium size business areas as well as

through the Enterprise market

• White Label - A potential volume partner can

have our software integrated with their existing

web / mobile platform and offer the product under

their own brand within a weeks time frame.

Marketing Strategy

5

By having divided our business model into 4 different segments we allow ourselves to move faster to market

as well as being able to spread our distribution globally with limited risk for future competition and at the same

time keep costs down.

Page 6: Snuko Corporate Overview

• Snuko differentiates itself from its competition

both in terms of functionality as well as in price.

• While competition offers similar functionalities

but mainly focus on niche markets, Snuko offers

a full service package for a price adjusted to the

mass market, allowing anyone with a computer

or a mobile phone to afford our service.

• Snuko offers a full turn key white label solution

for volume partners, allowing us to penetrate the

market at a faster speed by leveraging our sales

through our partners existing customers, building

on their existing brand and recognition.

• Snuko is a small and agile organization which

means we can adapt to the ever changing needs

of our customers in a different pace than the

larger competitors. This means new features and

applications in a faster pace than others.

• The strategy of Snuko is to have relative low

overheads as many of the traditional heavy costs

are transferred to our partners and thousands of

distributors and resellers. As sales are handled

through partners these is only small fixed sales

costs and customer support and service is for

the most part handled by our distributors. This

means that our business is very scalable and can

easy adapt to a changing economic climate.

• Snuko has a price strategy that is based on

subscription which means recurring revenue

ensuring us a stable, predictable and ongoing

revenue stream.

• Piracy of our software is practically impossible

as all our license keys are created by a random

algorithm. This means that revenues will stay within

Snuko and not be diluted by illegal downloads.
