So the final conclusions are...

In Slovakia according to the climate, weather and geographic conditions, plus energy house cannot be built because the only source of energy can be used the sun. Although near our city there are geothermal resources , everything is in the process of geological survey and investigation. Therefore,it could be possible resource of alternative energy.

1. Basement A house needs a foundation to shoulder its

considerable weight, provide a flat and level base for construction, and separate wood-based materials from contact with the ground, which would cause them to rot and invite termite infestation

Depending on when and where a house was built, the foundation may be made of stone, brick, preservative-treated lumber, concrete block, or poured concrete. By far the most common material for foundations is concrete.

2.b) RoofWood as a natural material is very suitable for

building a roof. Headroom in a roof space is often limited so it is usual to fit insulation between the rafters. Because heat can be lost by conduction through the roof timbers themselves, additional rafter insulation is required above or below the rafter line. The relative thicknesses of the two insulating layers will depend on the thermal value of the selected rafter insulating material.
