SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

So tight was

developed

 with the

intent of

healing

 women

through

fitness and

 acting as a preventitive

fitness

concept

targeted at

the

reproductive

system.

SO TIGHT FITNESS :

Building health through movement

In so many ways

So Tight Fitness is the worlds first kegel targeted functional

training workout , burning up to 250 calories in 15 minutes

while building Core Strength, Balance, and Flexibility.

So Tight offers over a dozen exercise movements you canengage from numerous positions in unison with 3 uniquerhythm concepts. Strengthen your psoas, align your spine, revitalize your kidneys and replenish and maintenance yourreproductive system while having fun with this fitness conceptthat is sure to benefit your relationship.

So tight was developed with the intent of healing womenthrough fitness and acting as a preventitive fitness concepttargeted at the reproductive system. We wanted to create an

environment for women to strengthen and preserve theseimportant areas outside of a doctors office in and through apractice that is engaging, entertaining and beneficial in her reallife as that is what would keep her consistent. Just as importantis the idea that she share her STF expereince with other womenand through that process build community wto ensure that if adoctor is needed that you have vocal supporters to motivate herto go.

For the most part women tend to just not think about their

reproductive systems. They see the doctor annually for the basic check-up, when theyare ill, or when there is a major problem but for the most but that is about it. The male

dominated health field still lacks an understanding of the complexities of the female

body and thus, information about keeping things in top shape and healthy is rare. They

understand the female reproductive system, do not get us wrong on that, but they tend to

view it as a self-contained system within the woman’s body and not something that can

affect the entire body or even their mental health. Let us elaborate.

SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

For the most

part, women

tend to

downplay the

role of their

own

reproductive

systems despitethe fact that

those who

have not yet

gone through

menopause get

 a monthly

reminder

 about them.

If something is wrong, they see a doctor and have the issue addressed at that

point. If a problem is found, then steps are taken to get rid of the problem and because a

female’s reproductive organs are inside the body, these steps are usually invasive.

Doctors often educate patients on how to have a healthy body to prevent disease. For

example, somebody who is heavier is told to lose weight to prevent heart problems and

high blood pressure. Athletes are taught to stretch so that they can exercise without

injuring themselves. However, why do doctors not educate women on how to stay

healthy and prevent both illness and injury by keeping their reproductive systems healthy

as well? The short answer is, most simply do not understand that concept well enough

to educate female patients.

For the most part, women tend to downplay the role of

their own reproductive systems despite the fact that those who

have not yet gone through menopause get a monthly reminder

about them. What most women do not know is possible is that

they can take charge of their reproductive health; they can

actually prevent some of the reproductive ills that befall

women.

The only times women tend to even think of preventative

or corrective measures for their reproductive system is whenthey are doing kegel exercises for urinary incontinence.

However, much like kegels can prevent or cure urinary

incontinence, there are ways for women to prevent and cure

things such as cervical cancer, fibroids, depression, organ

prolapse, menstrual cramps and other ills related to their

reproductive system with the added benefit of improving

relationships that may have been damaged due to low self-

esteem because these same ways can also be the cure to

many sexual dysfunctions that women suffer in silence from.

Much like athletes stretch and other people exercise to tone their bodies and keep

everything in perfect working order, ladies can do the same with their reproductive

systems. However, this concept goes far beyond just the simple kegel exercise.

SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

STF is a full body fitness system that just includes the reproductive system along

with the other bodily systems that fintess normally engages. Low impact yet a true

calorie burning cardio workout STF ingrains the kegel process into every aspect of your

workout so that the benefits are interconnected and fluid with the other benefits of your

STF fitness regimen. Still it is not overkill and by that we mean that women who involve

in impact heavy strenuious exercise can suffer delayed menarche and disruption of

menstrual cyclicity and osteoporosis and other bone density issues. STF is friendly to

joints safe enough for all women (even those with lower back problems and having

recently given birth) to do daily. Yes, maintenance of the reproductive system is

important and exercise of the muscle groups connected there along with breathing and

kegel exercises are important.Yet, information about this is so hard to find but for thosein the know, their lives have been transformed.

The reproductive systems needs maintenance just like our

bodies do. Women give their hair, teeth and bodies’ daily

maintenance and care but they neglect the parts of themselves that

are tucked away inside, such as their reproductive systems, until a

problem arises. Even sexual dysfunction go untreated because

women figure that it is something that has no solution or they might

be too embarrassed to see a doctor so they let their relationships

and self-esteem suffer.

There has never been anything available to address these issues previously and so

women across the nation continue to suffer, because they do not know that there is an

option to fix this. Yes, there is an innovative program called So Tight Fitness that

addresses all of those issues for women. A scientifically based exercise and health

regime that goes beyond just working the kegel muscles, it is a fun and healthy approach

to whole body health but with a target focus on the health of the female reproductive

system.

Before So Tight Fitness, women were at the mercy of any illness, weakness,

depression, low self-esteem, and damaged relationships. They were unaware that the

power to combat these ills and even monthly issues like menstruation cramps rests

solely in their own hands, or rather their own bodies.

SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

The time has come for women to take control of their bodies and put an end to

the silent suffering of so many common problems, all of which are fixable once they are

taught how!

Before we go into the various areas where So Tight Fitness can help women, it is

first necessary to explain how and why this program is so very useful. Nearly everybody

has heard of the “core” when talking about exercise programs. Aerobics, yoga and

similar training programs all talk about strengthening the core but they never really

explain what it is. The core itself is the muscle system that surrounds our vital organs, it

extends from the floor of the pelvis to our ribs, and then it wraps from our spine to the

front of our bodies. Several muscle groups make up the core but the muscles that most

fitness programs target are the obliques, spinal muscles, and muscles of the abdomen.

Our core is best known for being the support system for our bodies; it links our

upper body to our lower body and the core muscles help us when we need to transfer

power from one part of our body to the other as well as providing us with the ability to

support and balance ourselves.

One of the core muscles is the Psoas muscle; it is largely ignored by other core

training programs, which is a shame because the Psoas muscle is the very cause of

many reproductive and sexual problems. Exercising, toning, and strengthening thismuscle means that women are taking preventative care towards their own reproductive

and sexual health and this exactly what So Tight Fitness focuses on.

The Psoas muscle is at the heart of your core muscles. It is the deepest muscle

out of all of the core muscles. The Psoas is a triangular shaped long muscle that begins

at the solar plexus, going through the pelvis and then wrapping around the joints of the

thigh at the hip flexor. The Psoas muscle is the only muscle that connects the legs to the

spine and so because of that, it is directly responsible for nearly all movements that

include our pelvis region. The Psoas muscle is the muscle that supports our kidneys and adrenals while at

the same time they stimulate our circulation for our internal organs. Because it is the

muscle that supports the pelvis region, the Psoas muscle has much to do with a

woman’s sexual function, and their reproductive system. The Psoas is an internal shelf

of muscle, supporting internal organs and the female reproductive organs are included.

SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

Several major nerve areas are located in the area near and around the Psoas.

The nerves that are near the lower part of the Psoas are responsible for pelvic movement

and sexual stimulation and feeling. The nerves that cross the upper Psoas are

responsible for triggering our diaphragm, and enhance our self-actualization and help

us establish will and courage; this is the nerve that can trigger a fight-or-flight

response, a response that can actually be triggered by pain as well. The Psoas, rather

than working independently work together and are vital to our health. Injured or weak

Psoas can contribute to a wide range of health issues, and for women, many of those

ailments can be prevented or even cured through regular use of the So Tight Fitness

program.

Menstrual cramps are

something that most women feel that

they must endure. Taking painkillers

can help but most people want a

healthier way to combat pain, not

relying on chemical compounds.

Doctors say that exercise helps with

cramps but only limited relief can be

found that way, until now. A specific

type of exercise helps, not just any

exercise, and that is what the doctors do not tell you! When women menstruate, their

reproductive organs are tender and cramping is often the result of the Psoas muscle

hitting tender organs. When properly toned and healthy, the Psoas muscle will not cause

painful cramping and will even help to get rid of the lower back pain that often

accompanies the menstrual cycle. So Tight Fitness focuses on your Psoas muscle,

releasing the muscle from an unhealthy contracted state, which causes the cramping

and the backaches that go with it.

When the Psoas is contracted, weak, or atrophied it can interfere with a healthy

blood flow to the reproductive organs, which can highly contribute to sexual dysfunction,

which in turns contributes to low self-esteem and relationship problems. Additionally, a

limited blood supply to the reproductive organs impact their ability to remain healthy and

that is where issues can arise. Issues that are easily preventable by ensuring that there

is strong and steady supply of blood to the reproductive organs.

SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

So Tight

Fitness has a

unique

program,

designed with

 women’s

health inmind, and this

is one of the

many problems

that will be

prevented.

Blood carries white blood cells and oxygen, and when both are vital to the health

of our organs. Without white blood cells, we cannot combat disease and thus, many

ailments arise due to this lack of blood flow. So Tight Fitness restores that blood flow,

ensuring that the reproductive organs receive oxygen rich blood that is so vital to proper

function and to ward off disease. Many women can actually hold off going into

menopause simply by exercising their Psoas. When the ovaries and the reproductive

system must endure limited blood supply over a long length of time, it can actually

trigger menopause because the ovaries are simply not getting enough blood to keep

healthy menstrual cycles going. Strong Psoas muscles will not pinch off or restrict the

blood supply and the specially designed fitness regimen will strengthen your Psoas,

releasing any restricted blood supply, helping to keep the reproductive system workingbetter and for a longer period of time.

As we mentioned, the Psoas are the muscular shelf that

supports the kidneys, adrenals, small intestines, bowels, bladder,

and the reproductive organs. When the Psoas are weak,

contracted, or atrophied, the organs can move and shift from

where they are supposed to be, and that causes problems as well.

A common issue with women is a prolapse of the bladder,

something that can be easily prevented through properly released

and strengthened Psoas muscles. So Tight Fitness has a unique

program, designed with women’s health in mind, and this is one

of the many problems that will be prevented.

In women, the Psoas muscle is part of the pelvic floor muscles,

which includes the urethral sphincter muscle. Urinary

incontinence is major issue with women, especially older women

and those who have had children. In fact, nearly one out of every

four women who are between the ages of thirty to fifty-nine suffers from embarrassing

urinary incontinence. It is most common when a woman sneezes, laughs or coughs, but

even worse, it can happen in the bedroom, simply by her partner putting pressure on the

wrong spot and weak muscles can leak urine. The rhythmic movements of So Tight

Fitness will strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the Psoas, ending this embarrassing

problem. For those who do not have the problem, this program will ensure that your

muscles stay strong and the problem will be prevented before it begins.

SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

The program

can be done

solo, or you

can invite

friends over.

The range of

movements

 and rhythms

that make up

the program

ensure that

no two

 workouts are

 alike so you

 will never get

bored.

Self-esteem and depression is a common side effect of having any of the above

issues. When their bodies suddenly seem to be working against them, it is hard to deal

with especially when the medical community is not much help. The longer the problem

persists, the more it affects their mental health; it can be a vicious cycle.

Relationships can be damaged over these issues as well. Not only do

relationships suffer when one partner has self-esteem issues and depression but when

the body is not healthy, sex can hurt. Restricted blood flow can inhibit the ability to self-

lubricate and if the organs have shifted, sex itself can be painful. When women have to

say no to sex repeatedly, it becomes a problem. Relationships can end over a lack of a

healthy sex life. So Tight Fitness is the answer to all of the above.

This preventative fitness product aids in the maintenance

of a woman’s reproductive process, strengthening the Psoas

and the body instead while burning fat and calories. Women

will look and feel better. Their self-esteem will soar and as

their reproductive health is restored, they can begin to rebuild

damaged relationships. They can take control of their health

and sexual relationships again and they can do so with

confidence. So Tight Fitness is something that women enjoy

doing, and the benefits are so enjoyable that they keep up withthe program, making it a lifestyle.

When was the last time an exercise program was fun? So

Tight Fitness is fun and they encourage women to support each

other while using the program. The program can be done solo, or

you can invite friends over. The range of movements and rhythms

that make up the program ensure that no two workouts are alike so

you will never get bored. When combined with regular health

screenings, So Tight Fitness allows women to get and stay in shape

with dynamic exercises that directly have a positive effect on their

reproductive health and wellness.

STF BROAD POINTS ON REPRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE

Just the facts/ references from NIH (National Institutes of Health) regarding

womens fitness in regard to reproductive health and maintenance. All of the following

supportive materials can be found at NIH.GOV. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Benefits of pelvic exercises on the female reproductive system

Women who participate in four or more hours of physical activity per week

during their reproductive years reduce their risk of breast cancer by 60 percent,

compared to inactive women

Exercises commonly referred to as Kegels, and consist of contracting the same

muscles you use to stop the flow of urine or prevent gas from passing. The kegel

process is heightened when the psoas and lower extremities are engaged in

conjunction with breath deep breathing.

Exercise of the muscles that work in conjunction with the reproductive system is

important to the balance of estrogen too little and your reproductive system will

shut down further trauma to your natural birth control can heighten risk factorfor cancer.

Kegel exercises are also called pelvic floor exercises because they treat andprevent pelvic floor weakness and are helpful for those who have stressincontinence uterine prolapse.

Regular Kegel exercise strategy and regimen can help protect and prepare thefemale body for the trauma of childbirth and vaginal delivery. During pregnancyand delivery, the pelvic floor can become stretched and weakened, commonlycausing urine control problems for months to years afterchildbirth. A weakened

pelvic floor can also allow one or more pelvic organs to sag (uterine prolapse)not to mention heightening susceptibility to fibrosis and uterine cancer.

SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

The benefits of STF exercise on the menstrual cycle

Though menstruation can cause some unpleasant symptoms like cramps and

bloating that make you feel like not doing much of anything, exercise can

actually be beneficial and helpful at this time of the month.

In a doctoral survey, women who engage in cardiovascular exercise regularly ,

report that since taking up their activity on a regular basis, they have

experienced less premenstrual tension, less menstrual discomfort, shorter

periods and less bleeding. The reason being is that cardiovascular exercises that

target the lower extremities and reproductive system impacts body fat storage in

key areas in and around the reproductive organs balancing body fat percentagecan lighten menstruation cycles and quell cramping, headaches and depression.

Physical activity specifically in the psoas and pelvic floor releases specific

endorphins into the body, which has been proven improve your mood and get rid

of feelings of depression or anxiety it can help get rid of cramps, headaches and

bloating caused by menstruation.

Engaging the psoas and pelvic floor can also help curb cravings for stimulant

foods high in

sugar and or salt

Impact of exercise on depression

One particular study found that clinically depressed participants becamesymptom free within three to five weeks of beginning a regular exerciseprogram.

Duke University researchers found that adults who performed ten weeks ofwalking and running for 135 minutes a week lowered their levels of anxiety,

depression and fatigue. Researchers from the University of San Francisco found that exercising adults

who ran 8 miles per week for 14 weeks significantly reduced their levels ofanxiety and depression when compared to similar non-exercising adults.

In a study comparing the effect of tranquilizers and walking on two groups ofindividuals with severe anxiety, researchers found that the walking group werecalmer – that is, the exercise had a greater calming effect than the tranquilizers.

SO TIGHT FITNESS

Mission & Purpose

Tips on Maintenance the female reproductive system through

fitness:

Kegel regularly and activate muscle groups that surround the reproductive

system and that are involved in the reproductive process such as the abdominal

muscles, lower spine, psoas, and lower extremities.

Stress is a major factor behind a woman’s infertility. When you are stressed and

in mental pressure, the body releases less of the sex hormones, and this may

affect your ability to reproduce. Stress causes a whole lot of other problems too.

Yoga and meditation are a good way to reduce stress and enjoy a relaxed life, nomatter how hectic your daily routine may be.

Quit smoking. Smoking damages your ovaries, interferes with the production of

estrogen and makes your eggs prone to genetic abnormalities

Several factors can contribute to unhealthy reproductive conditions for women.

Caffeine intake, harmful habits and lack of nutrients all contribute to possible

ovulation and conception problems for childbearing women. These factors of an

unhealthy reproductive system can be easily remedied with wholesome foods,

regular exercise and certain vitamins and nutrients.

Foods can drastically improve your reproductive health. Eat foods rich in zinc,

such as oysters, peanuts and lean roast beef. Chocolate lovers will also enjoy the

fact that chocolate is filled with zinc as well. Unfortunately, chocolate also has

high levels of caffeine, so you'll need to eat it sparingly. Supplement your diet

with at least 15 mg of zinc each day to improve fertility. Lean meats, fruits,

vegetables, whole grains and dairy can also contribute to a healthy reproductive

system.

Make sure you have a healthy balanced diet and cut down on drinking (if you do)

and try to stop smoking (if you do)

Try to have your five a day and drink at least 2 liters of water a day!
