Go to the small towns, explain what you can do, why it could be helpful and offer support if they ever need it. You dont have the job you want.)Write down your ideas for integrating DiFo into your existing role. Write out a draft letter to your boss. Schedule a meeting with the boss to discuss. Use the letter as a guide.DONT give the boss the letter, have a discussion instead.Call the local PD. Ask to meet with the Chief. Explain that youd like to come in and helpout.
