Client understands that this 50 percent payment is nonrefundable and agrees to pay for all costs involved in the development of the items listed. The Client agrees to pay Soapbox promptly within 10 days upon approval of the work/content and invoices received.

The Client understands that Soapbox holds the right to release a client making the contract void if terms are not met and the project becomesundeliverable. The 50 percent payment from the Client remains nonrefundable if such an occurrence should happen.
