ConclusionConclusion• recreational soccer training provides at least the
same changes in body composition parameters as continuous running in middle-aged men.
• Furthermore, recreational soccer has established superior changes in relative values of lean body mass in comparison with continues running.
• This may be related to the findings of many intense actions and a significant stimulation of the anaerobic system during the recreational soccer.
