Coaches and Managers:

Please share this newsletter with your team. There are many helpful hints and tips to maximize your SoccerFest experience.

Schedules, Scores and Standings can all be accessed on your smartphone from colchestersoccer.demosphere.com. In addition, you can access directions to the fields and their status.

We make every effort to play games in all weather conditions as long as the fields are safe for the players to play on.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you will receive an email and information will be posted on the CSC website, Facebook Page and mobile site.

PARKING Please allow extra time for

parking at the Recreation complex.

The complex can be accessed from either Hebron Road or Old Hartford Road.

Parking from Old Hartford Road is available at the R8 parking lot, the car dealership lot across the street and along Old Hartford Road.

A small staircase is located on the R8 field to provide access to the center of the Recreation Complex.

If possible, CAR POOLING is encouraged!

Coaches and parents should utilize the SoccerFest parking pass that is available HERE.

Colchester police will be present at the event and will look for the pass.

Parking is readily available at all of the school locations.

THE RECREATION COMPLEX

Soccern'Moore and Sartorious  will be onsite with their MERCHANDISE TENTS! They’ll have you covered if you need any equipment or apparel for the Fest, or if you are looking for great prices on other gear for your Indoor Season!

We’ll also be selling 2014 SoccerFest SOUVENIR T SHIRTS through our new partners at Fine Designs. 

Souvenir Water Bottles are also available.

The Verizon Wireless Zone will be supplying a charging station to keep your phone going and keep you up to the minute with the day!

Color me Up! Incredible Hair, a local hair salon will be on site to spray your hair or polish your nails in YOUR team colors!  (small fee required)

Clock you Shot! Step on up to the net and see how fast you can shoot.  Prizes will be awarded for the fastest shot per division.

Stop by 97.7 WCTY FM who will be onsite playing the sounds of the tournament throughout the day! This year we

partnered Brian P. Smith Digital Imaging for your photography needs. Brian specializes in youth sports photography and will be on site to capture your child in action.  Photos will then be available for purchase through his website.

Concessions will be offered at all facilities during tournament play. 

Soup r' Samich, The Local Meatball, KC’s Lunchbox, Blazin BBQ  and Lobster Craft will be at the Rec Plex, and open all day to serve you a hot satisfying breakfast, lunch or dinner! 

Have a sweet tooth, then be sure to visit the Cannoli Truck, Maui Wowwie and Burea’s Kettle Korn! 

The Colchester Soccer Club (CSC) will also have their own concessions for quick pre-packaged snack. 

Belltown Hills, a local orchard, will be supplying us with fresh picked apples too! 

Sweet Frog has partnered with CSC! Please stop in on Saturday, 11/1 between the hours of 11am - 4pm!!  They are located at 139 South Main Street.

A Tent will be set up with table and chairs for you to sit down and eat.

Your concession purchases help support our club, so please visit them regularly!

FUN ZONEAnd if all this wasn't enough, we will have a Fun Zone this year that includes a ZIP LINE, inflatable slides, obstacles and a kick shot!  (small fee required)

CHARITABLE EFFORTS DURING SOCCERFEST

BASKET RAFFLE- CSC will be offering several themed Basket Raffles. Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5.  Half the proceeds will be donated to the Colchester Fuel Bank.  Each year, starting in November, the Town gets inundated with calls for fuel assistance.  We don’t want to see anyone go to sleep cold, so we hope our bit helps!  Along with the Fuel Bank, CSC is proud to partner with the Colchester Food Bank to collect donations and raise new funds for the Food Bank.

Please join CSC’s commitment to supporting their mission by visiting the information tent at the Rec Plex. For every three food items you bring, you will receive a raffle ticket to be used on our Raffle Baskets.   All food donations will go directly to the

food bank - something we can all get behind!

Family Pizza located at 296 South Main Street, Colchester, CT (860) 537-3441 will be serving food all day long! 

Don't forget to sign the SoccerFest Soccer Ball while you are there.

Players in the U9 and U10 divisions will receive a Participation Medal. 

U9 & U10 coaches should bring their team to the information tent located at the Recreation Complex on Sunday 11/1 after their final game for a brief ceremony. 

All Championship Games for the U11 through U14 divisions will be held at the Recreation Complex. 

Both the Champion and Finalist in each division should come to the information tent after the game for a ceremony to
