BriefDigicel is launching a campaign to show customers that they can Do More using smartphones and apps on our 4G networks (*applicable for 4G markets only). Under Do More are four sub-themes, or groups of apps:

Workflow

• Group providing much of the content for your market + artwork for Facebook and Twitter – markets to update artworks when Group sends.

• For BlackBerry Z10 and Samsung S4: Please use content provided by Group. Should you wish to post additional content, please run past Group before hand to ensure we are not breaking any agreements.

• For the 4G Data campaign use Group content and apps you find in Google Play and ideally apps produced for your market and by local developers.

• It is critical that we maintain consistent messaging and posting (see guidelines on following slides)

• Schedule content via Facebook, Tweetdeck and Hootsuite to ensure consistency and frequency of message e.g. over weekends.

• Your support of the 4G data campaign is therefore critical: we must show how people can get more from apps, thanks to Digicel.

• As part of your market’s social media strategy (to be submitted to Group by month-end) you will have developed a content calendar plan.

• Every market must include in its calendar one app post every day, alternating between the 4 different themes – See next slide…

1. Keep it short and simple Many people do not use or understand apps. We must help them to do so!

2. Use calls to action, photos, questions, Links when posting

Such info generates higher engagement because it gives more information.

3. Post about apps on platforms Digicel sells in your market ONLY

Customers expect us to sell or to soon be selling the phones that we post about

4. Share what we did with app or smartphone e.g. post a great photo and mention smartphone or app used. Eg. Instagram

Motivate customers to also buy that handset, download that app and try for themselves.

5. Answer customer questions Do not leave customers in the dark

+ 6. Always link to app on Google Play http://play.google.com/ … so people can download and use the app you are posting about!!!

Mentions and hashtags

• Mentioning other Twitter and Facebook means more people can find and share our posts e.g. @SamsungMobileUS has more than 4 million followers.

• On Twitter we can also use relevant hashtags such as #4G #Android for this same purpose.

• #DigiApps use this hashtag for every post + hashtag for theme of post e.g. #DoMore or #ShareMore or #PlayMore or #ListenMore
