A Time To Engage

We help Welsh businesses like yours engage in the world of social media. Are you new to Social Media? Or maybe you've already set up Social Media accounts, but have you thought how you could use these extremely effective tools to grow your business or organisation? Perhaps you've been reluctant to develop your online presence for the following reasons: •Lack of expertise - it can be confusing figuring out which accounts you need to use and how to use them to your best advantage.

•Lack of time - there are basically so many other things to do.

•Lack of funds - employing someone to do your social media, and the HR obligations that come with it, might seem unattractive.

•Lack of content - maybe you just don't know what is engaging and what isn't!

Random Stats Feb 2015

The biggest age group of Social Media users are 25-34 year

olds. The fast growing group are those aged 65+

The average Facebook user spends 40 minutes a day on the platform.

Facebook has now reached 30 million users in the UK alone,

approximately half of the population.

The average Twitter user follows five or more businesses. Over a third (37%) of Twitter users will buy from

a brand they follow.

More people watch videos on facebook than on Youtube.

It‘s a rapidly changing social world.

Be part of it.

Whether it's to: • Increase sales • Tell your story • Engage with your customers • Raise the profile of your business in a digital age ...the simple fact is that your customers are out there, often glued to screens, phones and tablets, and if they're having a conversation about your company, you want to be part of it.

Why? • Because Customer 2 Customer selling is here to stay and social media is where it happens. • People on facebook and twitter can act as your ambassadors. They can share positive stories about your brand, share your posts, comment on your news, and engage with your company in a way that would seem unthinkable even 10 years ago. • If people have concerns, by your increased presence on social media you can quickly respond. • Best of all, these platforms are free and provide a far greater reach than traditional advertising.

So what can we do? We actually enjoy finding content! And there's a world of engaging material out there: • Company news • Specifically created content where we come to your organisation and interview staff, take pics, etc. • National and international news stories • General trivia • Fun items • Competitions, inc. ‘like and share‘ to increase numbers

A little more about our services: •We provide a bespoke service for you company. We know what we're doing, but what do you want to achieve? • We guarantee to work with only one company in your sector to make sure you stand out. • We will become be a part of your team. • We have worked with BBC, ITV, S4C, Penderyn Distillery, Brown's Hotel Laugharne and Carmarthenshire County Council among others. • We will give you an engaging and exciting social media platform that can only enhance the profile of your business.

Penderyn Distillery First Minister Carwyn Jones recently said that Penderyn was, ‘...the Welsh manufacturing success story of the last 25 years.’ We have been running Penderyn‘s social media since June 2013. Since that time they have increased their facebook 'likes' by over a third to 22,262 (13th Feb 2015), and there is a direct relationship with social media and Penderyn‘s online sales. Penderyn also have over 11,000 followers on Twitter. To see what their busy and engaging facebook page looks like, please visit: www.facebook.com/penderyndistillery

We provide 2 packages: OPTION 1: Total Media Many companies now employ full-time staff to look after their digital media. However, social media is not a Mon-Fri, 9-5 thing. We offer a full management service. You will see engaging posts on a daily basis, regular responses to posts, as well as regular visits (1 to 3 a month as required) to your organisation.

OPTION 2: Active Media If full management is out of your budget we also offer a service where your business will be seen to be active on social media.
