Conclusion

• The area of Balykchy Forest Service is not chosen by chance. Climatic conditions, socio-economic and ecological situation of the region has led to the development of project ideas for solving social problems on supply the local population with cheap wood, promote the economic development of the region by improving the environment and increasing the forest areas, conservation of natural forests through the rational use of natural resources and exploit desert areas belonging to Forest Fund. From this point of view, Balykchy Forest Service adopted a special Program - minimum forestry development measures. Regardless of type of ownership planting fast-growing tree species must be practiced, taking into account the mentality and socio-economic conditions of the local population. Since poplar is a widespread fast-growing tree in Kyrgyzstan, state authorities are dealing with the adoption of a special national program entitled "Poplar" to ensure the country’s independence from other states’ forest resources.
